I find Yeeld helpful for recouping credit card processing fees as a small nonprofit tutoring center. The credit card links for payments, which add surcharge fees directly within the transaction, are particularly valuable. It makes payment really easy for our customers with nothing additional for us to do, as the fee is automatically there. The clarity about what the fee is for means there's no second guessing why we're charging for credit card fees. On top of that, the direct payment links for services and fundraisers on our WordPress website have been very easy to use thanks to Emily T. from Yeeld, who was extremely helpful in getting us up and running. I think just understanding that there is additional software or a knowledge gap in trying to create Yeeld API links on my own. I tried to create API links using Yeeld's software, and I was unable to. I reached out to the support team, and then I was made aware that there's additional tools or software that's needed to create these API links. And so I was grateful for Emily T. and her team that they were willing to create them for me.
