I like Yay! Forms because of their AI-powered automated email feedback, which makes collecting feedback and surveys from customers feel more like a friendly conversation. The setup was super easy, as I deployed the platform across our web in under an hour and created our first NPS pop-up completely code-free. The integration with Google Tag Manager was smooth, allowing us to capture live in-app user feedback from day one. Plus, the marketing and analytic tracking are really beneficial for us. One downside with Yay! Forms is the lack of native PDF report exporting. This is an issue because sharing survey results with managers currently requires taking screenshots or manually copying data into presentation decks.
