What do you like best about Yasna.ai?

The AI assistant ask paraphrased (humanized) questions to the respondents so even if they know it is a chat bot they give more genuine answer instead of feeling like a formality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yasna.ai?

I don't know why some questions take more credit and some takes less, I think credit system is good but subscription model might help us to experiment more since we are afraid to run out of credit while just checking if things will work or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Yasna.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

My company does not allow me to interview the clients because of some cautionary issues. So I rely on Yasna to take the user interview on behalf of me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
