Previous Response: We use Xurrent IMR (Zenduty) as our primary alerting mechanism, and its shift rotation feature has been particularly valuable for managing on-call responsibilities efficiently. As our organization was involved in the FIFA World Cup 2026, having a reliable and responsive alerting system became critical. The platform’s speed and escalation capabilities proved highly effective. We configured an IVR-based alerting process that immediately calls the assigned L1 engineer when an incident occurs. If the L1 engineer does not respond, the alert is automatically escalated to the L2 and then the L3 engineers, ensuring that critical incidents are addressed without unnecessary delay.
