What do you like best about Xplor Pay?

I love how they work with my clients, how they are so willing to help explain billing, or any other question my clients may have. The all in one portal is huge & they were 1 of the 1st to have. Continuously improving clients experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xplor Pay?

I’m not keen on the surcharging for NDF many competitors offer this without a cost to me or my clients. It’s just Standard Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Xplor Pay:

Whether you use a reseller like me or someone else, the company is only as good as the individuals that represent it. Interview your sales rep, ask the hard questions, if you are signing with someone as an agent, would you let this person be a Financial Partner in your business? What problems is Xplor Pay solving and how is that benefiting you?
