What do you like best about Xmind?

Clean and lightweight design, convenient templates, stable performance on desktop and mobile; it doesn't require a browser, as it has a full-fledged Mac app. Сonveniently convert structural diagrams into Excel documents Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xmind?

An inconvenient format for online collaboration, especially involving unregistered users. Lack of a Ukrainian interface. The price for team use is exorbitant. If I want to use the account properly—rather than just sharing the login and password with colleagues—the cost immediately jumps to nearly $1,000 a year. That is too expensive for my business, especially considering that far more powerful analytical SaaS platforms—capable of handling millions of requests with vastly superior computing power—cost $2,000–$3,000 annually. This affects my willingness to purchase Xmind for corporate use, as it unnecessarily inflates our IT and licensing budget.

The authorization system doesn't integrate with Apple's password functionality, where I can simply select an account and password. Instead, I have to search for it in a separate window and copy it. That’s an outdated approach for 2026—especially for a service that is so expensive for corporate use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
