What do you like best about Xinterview Video Interviewing?

XInterview delivers one of the smoothest video assessment experiences I’ve seen. The platform is fast, modern, and incredibly easy for candidates to use, even on mobile devices. I love how customizable the question flow and time limits are, which allows us to create a consistent, fair pre-screening process. The review dashboard is clean and efficient, making it simple to evaluate multiple candidates quickly. What do you dislike about Xinterview Video Interviewing?

There isn’t much to dislike. The only improvement I would suggest is expanding branding options within the recording interface, so organizations can visually align the experience even closer with their brand. What problems is Xinterview Video Interviewing solving and how is that benefiting you?

XInterview has dramatically reduced the time we spend coordinating and conducting initial interviews. Instead of scheduling live calls, we now receive structured, high-quality video responses that give us a much clearer sense of each applicant’s communication skills, motivation, and professionalism. This has enabled us to make faster and more confident decisions—especially when screening larger volumes of international candidates. The platform also improves the candidate experience by allowing them to record at their own pace and comfort level.
