What do you like best about XIAgenda?

Personalized assistance for every issue. It’s a perfect assistant for a receptionist: all shifts are well organized, and nothing goes unnoticed.

Every day, if you can’t find what you’re looking for, you can chat with the assistant for guidance and directions. The website is really fast, so you don’t waste time going back and forth with another bot. The AI Agent also keeps improving its answers over time.

What do you dislike about XIAgenda?

I think it would be better to increase the font size. Some parts of the app are hard to read if you are sitting a bit far from the monitor or using multiple monitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is XIAgenda solving and how is that benefiting you?

I no longer have to worry about missing appointments that I didn’t even remember scheduling. My patients can go directly to the agent to book appointments and reschedule visits, which has really streamlined our front-desk service and helped prevent potential delays or anxious patients.
