I like that it really works for Canadian businesses and their needs and easily integrates with my banking and financial tools (like Stripe). It was actually originally recommended to me by an accountant who had moved away from Quickbooks (a program I used to use and was familiar with). I really like the dashboard to see all of my accounts easily! The customer service has also been really great. The entry level pricing structure was great as I was just starting with this business and the plans offer me great selection for what I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Xero? I dislike the login feature. I don't always have my phone with the app handy for verification, so I always have to do the extra step of sign in other options, and then send a code to my email. I don't mind the email verification but there is an extra step before I can login. I also do wish there was a chat option for quick questions! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you? It's a place to reconcile all my transactions and see how much I've been investing in my business versus making.
