What do you like best about Xero Practice Manager?

What I love most about Xero Practice Manager is how seamlessly it links up with the broader Xero ecosystem. Having our client data, job tracking, and invoicing all living under one roof saves our team from constantly double-handling data. What problems is Xero Practice Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using this platform, our client records, task assignments, and job statuses were scattered across different spreadsheets and disjointed tools. This led to a lot of double-handling of data and occasional miscommunication. Xero Practice Manager solved this by giving us a single, centralized source of truth. The biggest benefit is the massive reduction in administrative overhead; our team now stays completely aligned on project deadlines without wasting time chasing updates.
