What do you like best about Xensam Xupervisor?

It's facilitated as standard, easy to utilize, undertaking grade highlights are truly solid. Dynamic use is incredible and saved us 6 figures on CAD programming. The cost saving reports are automatic and provide huge value. The compliance is strong, the malware database is truly useful and everything, including the Cloud application support is provided as standard - no modules or hidden costs, which is refreshing. Xensam support has been truly responsive and helpful when we've needed them for non-persistent storage in Citrix recently. Easy to implement, small footprint clients, AD connector, VMWare connector, and FANTASTIC SUPPORT!! Professional SAM tool and reduce costs by managing software usage and providing full control over the software and hardware estate. . Easy to implement and to use . Provide a great view about the entire environment. Great license compliance report. It is very intuitive and easy to use out of the box. The tool focuses on essentials, very easy to use. The information we get about how the software is used out in the business. Easily create software inventory reports and the search function is amazing. What do you dislike about Xensam Xupervisor?

Absence of some manual features. This is designed for large automation, but one future improvement could be options to drive a manual sync, or other basic client tasks like this. There are a few connectors for the Cloud vendors. Not easy to create custom reports. Practically nothing, more integration with ITSM tools? Sometimes I get a bit lost in the interface, but it improves the more I use it. Some electronic software SKUs are not recognized by the system, but support is quick to add them. What problems is Xensam Xupervisor solving and how is that benefiting you?

We required a solution that catered for IT cost reduction, strong license compliance and security. We had Snow for years and found it was getting expensive for what it was. At renewal time, we looked elsewhere. We analyzed 3 other SAM tools that included POC for each. Xensam was easily the strongest. The others had their quirks but Xensam provided us with accurate cloud coverage, precision on local installations, a security database that found malware even at POC, and cost-saving recommendations using optimized usage metrics. Over the last year, we've changed software strategy based on Xupervisor and the conservative ROI figure has been impressive. We loved the simplicity. The SaaS nature meant that when the Coronavirus struck, all telecommuters were easily managed via Xensam. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
