What do you like best about Xanatek IMS?

What do you dislike about Xanatek IMS?
The only area I can possibly think to improve would be searching customers. If it is not an EXACT match then it will not appear in the search. Maybe making searches more inclusive by tagging names that are similar spelled or pronounced? I've worked with programs that do so and it is a nice feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
