What do you like best about x10Hosting?

I have been hosting my blog on x10hosting for more than 4 years now and I don't have any complains. They have free/shared/cloud hosting plans and have different value propositions.

What I like about x10hosting are the following:

1. A person can choose either free or paid hosting

2. There is no ad even if you choose free posting

3. I have not faced any down time since the time I have been using it

4. When I used the free version, there were not much limitations, at least for a small site such as a blog

5. FTP works

6. Databases can be used as they are available and this makes work easy

7. Wordpress and other solutions are just a button click away

8. cPanel is available to make any changes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about x10Hosting?

It is a bit slow as compared to other hosting services, however with the free service one really can't complain. I have read users complaining of not good customer service but I don't have that complain. There are only limited troubleshoot articles that help Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering x10Hosting:

I would suggest users to first use their free hosting service and then move to the shared or cloud services. Don't rush into the paid services, that's what I would say Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is x10Hosting solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was trying to first set up the website with a free hosting service before shifting to a paid service. Since the paid services are expensive and as a startup we wanted something cheap or free as there was much testing to be done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
