We had zero insight into how our brand was performing in ChatGPT or Claude until we started using Writesonic. Now we can track which pages get cited when people ask about our category, see exactly where we show up versus competitors, and spot the prompts where we're completely absent. The competitor comparison has been especially useful — it's one thing to guess you're behind, another to see the gap measured across dozens of queries. Setup took maybe an hour, and the dashboard updates regularly enough that we check it every couple of weeks to track progress. Some of the visibility metrics took a bit of poking around to fully understand, but once you get the hang of it the data is surprisingly actionable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
