What do you like best about Writesonic?

We needed to understand where we actually stood when people asked AI tools about our space, and Writesonic gave us that view without making us guess which questions even mattered. Setup was straightforward — we put in our domain and it surfaced the topics and prompts our category cares about, then started tracking answers from the major assistants. Now we can see what ChatGPT or Perplexity say when someone asks a relevant question, compare that to what competitors get, and spot patterns we'd never have caught otherwise. The interface takes a minute to learn your way around, but once you do the data is all there. If AI visibility is something leadership is asking about, this closes the loop. What do you dislike about Writesonic?

The interface can feel a little overwhelming at first, and some insights require additional interpretation rather than being immediately actionable. It would also be helpful to have more customization options for tracking prompts, competitors, and reporting, along with clearer explanations of how visibility scores are calculated. What problems is Writesonic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Writesonic is solving the visibility gap around AI search: before using it, we had no reliable way to understand how our brand appeared in answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other AI assistants, or how that compared with competitors. It helps us identify the prompts and topics that matter, track where we are cited or missing, and turn those findings into clearer content and positioning priorities. The benefit is less guesswork, faster reporting to leadership, and a more concrete way to measure whether our AI-search efforts are actually improving visibility.
