"Powerful AI tool, best for content creation and refinement"

4.5/5

What do you like best about WRITER?

I really like that WRITER can generate content based on an understanding of the company and the related sources. The responses are generally accurate and relevant, and it’s helpful for quickly drafting and polishing content while staying consistent with the information that’s available. What do you dislike about WRITER?

Sometimes the context doesn’t capture the intent, or the response doesn’t fully reflect the source information we’re looking for. The natural language configuration, tone customization, and seamless human escalation haven’t worked well for me, and the quality of support has also been lacking. What problems is WRITER solving and how is that benefiting you?

I often use WRITER to edit, modify, and paraphrase my research work and blog content. It helps me summarize documentation without being vague, and it also helps ensure I don’t miss anything important. The best part is that I don’t have to start from scratch; I can use a prompt to generate a clear sequence for my work and then build on it. Overall, it has made my work much easier and more manageable, especially when things get hectic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
