"Easy Onboarding, Powerful Dashboards, and Seamless Global Collaboration"

5/5

What do you like best about Wrike?

The ability to collaborate with teams across the globe. The onboarding is quite easy and people figure out how to use it quite quickly. I have my calendar integration turned on which massively helps to not miss deadlines.

The interface is quite straight forward to use, things are usually where I expect them to be, the dashboards in particular are my favourite feature to track all of our projects.

By creating blueprints we have cut down on time when it comes to setting up projects and we have added detailed request forms to make sure we get as much information as possible in advance, which cut down on the time spent on back and forth previously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

Switching between space and account views can be clunky. If things re opened on account level you cannot change space level statuses for example which can be frustrating as our team uses specific statuses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?

We struggled with setting up projects in the past as everyone started from scratch each time. We set up blueprints for different project types which allowed us to cut down on time and instead focus on the project delivery. This also helped us streamline our processes as we have the tasks for approval set up in the blueprint and do not have to wonder when to ask and who. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
