"Using Wrike For Collaborative Work"

5/5

What do you like best about Wrike?

As both a daily user and Wrike administrator, I continue to appreciate the platform's flexibility and scalability. The improvements to dashboards, automated workflows, request forms, and reporting have helped reduce manual administration and improved project visibility. The real-time collaboration features, custom item types, and integrations make it easier to manage complex projects while ensuring teams stay aligned and informed. What do you dislike about Wrike?

While Wrike is a powerful project management platform, there is still room for improvement in advanced calculations and data analysis capabilities. Calculated custom fields remain more limited compared to Excel or dedicated BI tools, making complex reporting challenging. Enhanced dashboard customization, more advanced formula options, and greater flexibility in cross-project reporting would further strengthen Wrike for power users and administrators managing large portfolios. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We're delighted to hear that Wrike’s collaborative features are making it easy for your team to work together and track updates seamlessly. It’s also great to know that the recent improvements to dashboards have helped your team get more comfortable with reporting and data visualization.

Regarding your point about calculated fields, we understand how important advanced calculations can be for project tracking and reporting. Here are a few suggestions to help you get the most out of Wrike’s current capabilities:

Explore Custom Fields: You can create custom fields in Wrike to track specific data points and use basic calculations. Try experimenting with different field types to see which best fits your needs.

Leverage Report Snapshots: If you need more advanced calculations, consider exporting your Wrike reports to Excel or Google Sheets, where you can apply more complex formulas, and then share the results with your team.

Combine Widgets in Dashboards: Use multiple widgets to break down your data in different ways, which can help you visualize trends and insights even if certain calculations aren’t available natively.

If you’d like step-by-step guidance on any of these tips or want to discuss your reporting needs in more detail, we’re here to help. Thank you again for your valuable feedback and for being a part of the Wrike community!
