## WPForms Reviews
 ### 1. User-Friendly Form Builder with Great Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Satya V. | Partnership & Community Manager , Writing and Editing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about WPForms?**

I use WPForms to create contact forms for my WordPress website, and I find the easy-to-use visual form builder very helpful. It's easy to set up with the required settings. I also like the feature that connects with Constant Contact or Uncanny Automator, making it easy to use form data as a marketing channel. The ability to include payment gateways and receive payments directly within the free version is great.

**What do you dislike about WPForms?**

I liked it pretty well. At the moment I've to use it with shortcode but if there's an option to directly create contact form within a post editing as a contact form block would be great. I like editing post/pages with blocks rather than just using shortcodes and contact form block is better for everyone's use and it will help add contact form directly to where it's needed.

**What problems is WPForms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use WPForms to create contact forms easily with a visual form builder, helping visitors reach me for collaborations or issues.

 ### 2. Easy to Use and Reliable, but Pricing Limits Key Integrations

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about WPForms?**

I think the user experience is good, it's very easy to use and straight forward. I also like the templates, they have many for multiple scenarios. I use conditional formatting a lot, and I've also used the calculations which are great. It also has never broken down, it's been consistently working for years.

**What do you dislike about WPForms?**

I think the pricing is the biggest thing I don't like. I think there are other platforms out there that offer way more features in their free plan. I needed to use a Google Drive integration recently, but I can't have access to it without renewing the plan, but the business that I work with doesn't want to pay that if there are free versions I can use instead.

**What problems is WPForms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used WPForms for communication with our customers. It has helped streamline our processes too by letting our customers see all the options and pricing before they send inquiries.

 ### 3. The most practical way to make forms!

**Recommendations to others considering WPForms:**

I'll just say that if you need to collect information of any kind according to the interest of your organization or if you have a particular interest in collecting information about something, you should use this program, since it is very easy to use and you can get it without making large investments of money , just a little patience to get acquainted with the options menu and voila, it is really worth giving you the opportunity to know and use this program.

 ### 6. Solid, Scalable, and Perfect for HubSpot

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Florian N. | Geschäftsführer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about WPForms?**

We are using WPForms Elite for a couple of years now, and it has consistently proven to be one of the most reliable assets in our tech stack. When you are managing forms across a high volume of sites, you need a solution that is both solid and great to use, and WPForms delivers on that front every time.

One of the biggest game-changers for us recently has been the workflow enhancements. The new Entry Automations is perfect to connect easier to other tools, allowing us to streamline data handling without the usual headache of complex workarounds. Since HubSpot is one of our main platforms we use to connect, the seamless integration between the two has saved us countless hours of manual data entry and ensured our lead management remains airtight.

The scalability of the Elite license is where the value truly shines. We are really happy with this app and using it on more than 100 projects now. Whether it’s a simple contact form or a complex multi-page survey, it handles the load perfectly. If you are looking for a professional-grade form builder that grows with your business, this is it.

**What do you dislike about WPForms?**

Honestly, there is really nothing to dislike. If I had to nitpick, in the early days, I wished for more advanced automation—but with the new Entry Automations, they’ve already solved that. It’s rare to find a plugin that actually anticipates your growth needs before you run into a wall.

**What problems is WPForms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Problem: Manual Data Management & Siloed Information

When you’re running over 100 projects, manually moving data from forms to your CRM is impossible to scale.

* The Solution: HubSpot Integration & Entry Automations.
* The Benefit: By using the Elite HubSpot addon, your lead data flows instantly into your CRM. The new Entry Automations further solve this by allowing you to schedule automatic exports or cleanups. This ensures your databases stay lean and your sales team gets leads in real-time without you lifting a finger.

2. Problem: High Complexity vs. Limited Time

Building custom, high-functioning forms usually requires a developer or hours of CSS/JS work.

* The Solution: Drag-and-Drop Builder & 1,800+ Templates.
* The Benefit: Since the app is solid and great to use, you save hundreds of hours across 100+ projects. You can deploy professional-grade forms (surveys, signatures, or multi-page checkouts) in minutes rather than days, maintaining a high standard of quality across all your clients.

3. Problem: Low Conversion Rates on Long Forms

Standard long forms often overwhelm users, leading to "form abandonment."

* The Solution: Conversational Forms & Conditional Logic.
* The Benefit: You can turn a daunting 20-question form into an interactive, one-question-at-a-time experience (Typeform-style). Combined with Smart Conditional Logic (hiding irrelevant questions), you provide a personalized experience that significantly boosts the percentage of people who actually finish the form.

4. Problem: Form Spam & Security Risks

Spam submissions can clog your CRM and create security vulnerabilities on WordPress sites.

* The Solution: Built-in Anti-Spam & CAPTCHA Integrations.
* The Benefit: WPForms uses "hidden" tokens (Honeypot method) and integrations like Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots without ruining the user experience for humans. This keeps your HubSpot data clean and your clients' websites secure.

5. Problem: Fragmented Tools & Workflow "Friction"

Connecting forms to specific cloud storage or project management tools often requires buggy third-party "glue" code.

* The Solution: Direct Addons (Google Drive, Dropbox, Webhooks).
* The Benefit: The Elite tier solves "tool fatigue" by providing native connections. Whether you need to send a PDF of the submission to Dropbox or trigger a webhook for a custom app, you can do it within the same interface you use to build the form.

 ### 7. Efficient Form Creation with Smooth WordPress Integration

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about WPForms?**

I use WPForms to integrate with WordPress and create contact and lead generation forms on websites and landing pages. WPForms makes it painless to create forms online to gather information from site visitors and potential customers. What I like the most about WPForms is how well it integrates with WordPress, making it easy to create forms. Having this easy plugin integration creates value by reducing our development costs. Compared to the old way of creating forms, the setup was relatively easy. It took only a couple of hours to do what used to take half to a full day to create forms and get them working on a site.

**What do you dislike about WPForms?**

It would be great if WPForms had its own SMTP or MS365 connectors rather than having to install a second plugin to do this.

**What problems is WPForms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WPForms simplifies creating online forms, reducing development costs by integrating well with WordPress and minimizing manual setup time.

 ### 8. Effortless Form Building with Powerful Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael H. | Search Engine Optimization Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2025

**What do you like best about WPForms?**

What I like best about WPForms is how easy it is to use while still being powerful. The drag and drop builder makes creating forms quick, even for more advanced setups, and everything just works without unnecessary complexity. It integrates smoothly with WordPress, looks professional out of the box, and saves a lot of time compared to other form plugins.

**What do you dislike about WPForms?**

So far, I have not found anything I genuinely dislike about WPForms. It has been reliable, easy to use, and does exactly what we need for our listing sign ups. If anything, there are features we have not fully explored yet, but that is more down to us than a limitation of the plugin itself.

**What problems is WPForms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WPForms solves the problem of collecting and managing listing sign ups in a simple, reliable way. We use it on www.bornandraisedcollective.com to allow food trucks, takeaways, coffee shops and artisan food businesses to submit their details easily without back and forth emails.
It benefits us by saving time, keeping all submissions organised, and ensuring we capture the exact information we need every time. The forms are clear for users, reduce errors, and help us onboard new listings quickly, which keeps the whole process smooth and professional for both us and the businesses signing up.

**What do you like best about WPForms?**

I love being able to create any form at any time on my website with WPForms. I can connect forms directly to specific pages for particular situations. The plug-and-play feature allows me to get everything together quickly. I can create a form in less than two minutes now, unlike before when coding took much longer. The setup was very fast and simple, making the whole process efficient.

**What do you dislike about WPForms?**

All is great, I don't have anything negative to day about them

**What problems is WPForms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find WPForms makes it a lot easier to create forms for my website, helping me catch leads and clients.
