Since it utilizes WP categories and taxonomies it is so easy to manage articles. **What do you dislike about wpDocs?** they need to work on better integration with Gutenberg and ACF. It would be great to see more integrations to builders like Elementor. **What problems is wpDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** better organisation of internal docs, and resources management ### 2. You can organise all the media files in selected categories like images, files, etc, or in selected folders. Utility-wise it serves the purpose that it promises, and it's completely free. wpDocs offers the option to create views(though complicated) but can prove to be really helpful when sorting out files. In addition, you can customize the icon size, and text size to make it viewer-friendly. **What do you dislike about wpDocs?** The User Interface is very basic and often feels outdated. It is something out of 2005, which feels very ancient at times. Also, the plugin is quite complex to start with, unlike other plugins where you can immediately use them as soon as you install them. As a user, you'll have to configure it separately and move files into the folder which can be cumbersome if it doesn't work out in a single go. For my site, buenaveda.in, I was able to do it in a single shot. For the other website, nlp4india.in, it took me over 6 or 7 tries in order to get it sorted. I almost gave up. And ultimately had to remove the plugin, and re-install it for it to work. **What problems is wpDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** It reduces a good lot of time when the media is well-managed as you don't have to scour through the entire gallery in order to find particular images, videos, or documents. It saves a lot of resources too by reducing redundancy. ### 3. It allowed me to publish the steps they needed to follow in a simple way. I was also able to put the most frequently asked questions about my coaching services all in one place and email this to my clients or potential clients to find their own answers. **What do you dislike about wpDocs?** I did not have any issues with using WPdocs, I just decided that it was not the best use of WPdocs as non of my clients said they viewed the information. I ended up just creating a PDF document with the same information that I provided my coaching client with once they signed up. **What problems is wpDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** I thought it would help to reduce the time of answering questions and provide information in an easy way for people to access while not having to answer every individual email or message. The result that I had from using the software was not as expected so I canceled my subscription. ### 4. So to solve this, we made a page where most of the questions are answered with the help of wpDocs, which is easy to design and set up. **What do you dislike about wpDocs?** The User Experience is very good with this plugin, but the main problem is that they don't have any free trial version. Also, the lowest package they offer starts from 49$, which is a bit expensive for lots of us. **What problems is wpDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** wpDocs helps me to arrange all the questions and answers category-wise so the customers don't have to contact us repeatedly to solve their queries. It is a simple document management system that allows our small business to easily upload files. **What do you dislike about wpDocs?** The file navigation on the backend could be sped up. At times, it feels a little laggy but it gets the job done eventually. I think a more neutral color palette for the folder colors would be nice as well. **What problems is wpDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a simple way to manage files for a client. The files are easily managed and maintained in a simple way for our client wo didn't have any experience with wordpress Media upload tab. A good alternative. ### 6. Also, it has a privacy setting through which we can restrict access to specific users. **What do you dislike about wpDocs?** The downside of wpdocs is that some of the functionalities are only available in the pro version, for which we need to pay also we can not use them with the free version. **What problems is wpDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** wpDocs helps in solving so many problems as it helps in managing access issues for specific users and also in managing our documents. It is very user-friendly and has an excellent User Interface so that anyone can easily use this without any problem, and it is very secure. We can easily manage our documents **What do you dislike about wpDocs?** I don't think that I found any dislikes in this app which is not helpful, but one thing I have observed is that sometimes it hangs, and then I have to restart it, and then it runs fine **What problems is wpDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is solving to manage my documents, and there is a feature in this that I can sort by Filename and File title. That feature is fantastic so that I can easily find the file which I want to open, so this feature is beneficial ### 8. This makes the upload and management of already documents so smooth and easy. Also it's feature to restrict the access to various members of our team is so helpful. **What do you dislike about wpDocs?** wp Docs is fulfilling all our needs as a document management tool and there is no particular feature to dislike. Having said that, to improve the user experience further, customization and design options can be added to make it visually more appealing. **What problems is wpDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** As we have a good chunk of people in our team and many a times we want to share docs with people but we don't want to give same access to each individual. The Docs are very helpful and issues are resolved quickly. Also it has No Limit on Questions/Answers which is a huge plus. **What do you dislike about wpDocs?** There are a lot of competitors out there and their simplistic Look nowadays attracts the use of other Plugins like this, who offer more of a modern, colorful look, though to some degree the Design is changeable to a more modern Look and Feel. **What problems is wpDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** A Knowledge Base is extremely helpful to most, If not all, E-Commerce Brands and in Most cases, If done well, a good Knowledge Base answers a lot of Questions to Consumers, so the Amount of Requests to an Customer Service is heavily decreasing. ### 10. You can organize them in different categories and sub-categories. It makes everything very user friendly. **What do you dislike about wpDocs?** Something that I do think wpDocs can improve on is making the interface a little more modern and up to date. Something about it makes the program feel a little outdated. I think with a little bit of redesign and structure, this program will do really well! **What problems is wpDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** wpDocs helps reduce redundant questions being brought up in the conversation. This is an easy way for people to access documents without having to answer every email.
