wpDocs does what it is supposed to do. You can organise all the media files in selected categories like images, files, etc, or in selected folders. Utility-wise it serves the purpose that it promises, and it's completely free.

The User Interface is very basic and often feels outdated. It is something out of 2005, which feels very ancient at times. Also, the plugin is quite complex to start with, unlike other plugins where you can immediately use them as soon as you install them.

As a user, you'll have to configure it separately and move files into the folder which can be cumbersome if it doesn't work out in a single go.

I really liked using WPdocs for organizing and creating a system for my coaching clients to know what was involved within their coaching program. It allowed me to publish the steps they needed to follow in a simple way. I was also able to put the most frequently asked questions about my coaching services all in one place and email this to my clients or potential clients to find their own answers. I did not have any issues with using WPdocs, I just decided that it was not the best use of WPdocs as non of my clients said they viewed the information.
