4/5
Describe the project or task WP ERP helped with:

The service task overview for WP ERP involves managing partner records, tracking equipment service vendors, and maintaining a centralized database for all maintenance events. The system allows for the creation of custom fields to accommodate specific business needs, such as warranty expiry dates and technician visit logs. It integrates seamlessly with existing WordPress infrastructure, minimizing implementation costs and allowing for fine-tuned user permissions to comply with GDPR regulations. The focus is on improving operational efficiency by reducing manual data entry and ensuring easy access to up-to-date vendor information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WP ERP?

What I like most about WP ERP is how flexible its partner‑management module fits our non‑sales warehouse workflows at München Logistik GmbH. We don’t work with sales pipelines at all; our priority is tracking equipment service vendors and every maintenance event across our warehouse halls. I still recall a stressful situation last spring with our forklift service supplier STL‑Technik. Before we used WP ERP, all their warranty information was buried inside scattered Koofr spreadsheets. When one of our reach‑trucks broke down, we could not quickly confirm whether the repair was still covered under warranty, which almost led us to pay for an out‑of‑pocket service call unnecessarily. That whole messy situation pushed us to find a better centralized solution. WP ERP lets me pull all partner records in one single view, and it cut out those late evenings I previously spent manually compiling vendor data for our works‑council reviews. I really appreciate being able to create custom fields with no developer help. I built fields specifically for forklift warranty expiry dates, notes from Digital Samba remote video troubleshooting calls, and every technician’s on‑site visit log. Right after maintenance work finishes, our shift supervisors fill out those fields on‑site. Night‑shift leads can look up vendor contact details and past service history straight from their warehouse workstations, no more waiting for day‑shift staff to unlock office PCs. Since it runs on our existing WordPress stack, our IT department didn’t need to deploy a whole new standalone system, which kept implementation costs manageable for our 51‑200‑person company. We are also able to fine‑tune user permissions to satisfy works‑council rules, so regular warehouse staff can view data but cannot edit or delete entries. This granular access keeps us aligned with German GDPR without over‑complicating daily work for our front‑line teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
