I'd love to see more customization options for the interface, like being able to tweak the layout or make some of the more-used features more prominent. Sometimes I find myself digging for things like the "check-out" option more than I'd like. Also, while the reporting's solid, it would be cool if there were more built-in templates or easier ways to export stuff for compliance audits or team reporting.
