What do you like best about WorkWide?
Allows us to monitor Service Engineers and at the same time get active field data. The new version of the app is easy to read, clear and contains the data the Service engineer needs to do his work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about WorkWide?
Web portal needs better filters to get data easier. I don't have history data (e.g., when a Task went on hold, what were the previous values the SE captured). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
