"One Platform, Zero Missed Updates — Workvivo Keeps Our Distributed Team Aligned"

5/5

What do you like best about Workvivo?

What I appreciate most about Workvivo is how it consolidates all team communication into a single, accessible platform. As someone working in Selling Partner Support handling vendor interactions across shifts, having one place to check for process updates, SOP changes, and team announcements has been transformative. The social feed format makes it easy to scroll through updates without the formality of email, and the ability to react, comment, and engage with posts creates a sense of connection with colleagues I may never meet in person. The mobile experience means I can stay informed even before my shift starts, so I'm never caught off guard by a policy change mid-conversation with a vendor. What do you dislike about Workvivo?

While Workvivo excels at centralizing communication, the notification system can feel overwhelming at times — especially during high-activity periods when multiple teams post simultaneously. It can be difficult to filter out what's directly relevant to my role versus general organizational updates, which occasionally leads to notification fatigue. A more granular notification customization option would go a long way. Additionally, the search functionality could be more robust; finding a specific post or announcement from a few weeks back sometimes requires more scrolling than I'd like, particularly on mobile. What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Workvivo, our team relied on a patchwork of emails, chat groups, and internal wikis to stay informed about organizational updates, process changes, and team achievements. As a Selling Partner Support associate handling vendor interactions across multiple channels, missing a single SOP update could mean providing outdated guidance to a vendor — impacting both case quality and customer trust. Communication felt siloed, and there was no single source of truth for what was happening across the broader organization.

After implementing Workvivo, we now have a centralized platform where all critical updates land in one feed. We struggled with fragmented communication and delayed awareness of policy changes, but now we can access real-time announcements, engage with leadership posts, and celebrate peer achievements in one place, which has resulted in faster alignment across shifts and fewer quality errors caused by outdated information. I estimate saving 15–20 minutes per shift that I previously spent hunting for updates across platforms — time I now redirect toward resolving vendor cases. The sense of community has also improved noticeably; recognizing colleagues publicly has boosted morale in a way that private messages never could. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
