Honestly, the best part of Worksuite is how it handles the onboarding. We used to waste so much time chasing down freelancers for tax forms, banking info, signed contracts, and so on over email. Now, we can just send them a link, they upload everything into the portal themselves as well as it tracks their compliance status automatically. The platform is good enough, but the platform can occasionally experience slow loading times when handling large batches of data. And whenever I try to find a candidate through the search bar using their email IDs, it shows lots of candidates with different email IDs. That causes frustration for us.
