## About Workspace ONE
Workspace ONE is a digital workspace platform that simply and securely delivers and manages any app on any device by integrating access control, application management and multi-platform endpoint management. It is available as a cloud service or for on-premises deployment.

## Workspace ONE Reviews
  ### 1. Unified Platform with Strong Support and Powerful Automation Workflows

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nisar A. | System Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Workspace ONE?**

Workspace ONE is a unified platform with good support, and I like Orchestrator because it can be used in automation workflows.

**What do you dislike about Workspace ONE?**

The UI feels too clumsy, and after it was renamed to Omnissa, the support system seems too weak.

**What problems is Workspace ONE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to manage multiple platforms, especially Android.

  ### 2. Good solution but lack of support

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gunashekar M. | Presales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Workspace ONE?**

UEM features managing those devices none of the MDM or UEM can.

**What do you dislike about Workspace ONE?**

Support is pathetic and there is no focus on the product development post Broadcom acquisition.

**What problems is Workspace ONE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of support
no new features
even sales team are not bothered about this product.

  ### 3. Inherited Workspace One that spawned more issues as time went on

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew S. | IT Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Workspace ONE?**

I don't like anything about Workspace ONE. The UI isn't clean, it's confusing to navigate, and installing software

**What do you dislike about Workspace ONE?**

The UI isn't clean, it's confusing to navigate, and installing software gets held up in a "pending queue". There is not way to access this queue to understand what the errors could be. I contacted VMware Support and after weeks of troubleshooting they determined that every endpoint would have to have the Airwatch/Workspace ONE client re-installed. This is not helpful as there are hundreds of devices in our environment.

**What problems is Workspace ONE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is not beneficial and I am vetting new vendors for an MDM replacement.

  ### 4. WorkSpace One for Endpoint management

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Workspace ONE?**

There are a few things that I like the most, about WorkSpace ONE & I am sure others would agree. The Endpoint management solution VMWare offers with the branding WorkSpace ONE simplifies end-user computing experience. IT administrators get the ability to manage all major OSes including Windows, MacOS & all Linux distros. What I liked the most about this, was the ability to remotely install or uninstall a particular application, as long as the computer is connected to the network. What's more is that you can remotely remove/add system profiles that might be necessary when you are troubleshooting a problem & guiding a general end-user might not be as easy. I had no experience using this, but it was so easy to use, I excelled device management through it within a few months, given the numerous features it offers. It can also be integrated with other tools like ServiceNow. This way you can get the best of both. Implementation is also a breeze. On the endpoints you just push the installer & it can register on its own. An advantage of Workspace ONE in terms of frequency of use is its ability to provide a seamless and unified experience for end users across various devices and applications. This is particularly beneficial in modern work environments where employees use multiple devices and need access to a variety of applications to perform their tasks. I had an issue once & their knowledge base article was very helpful in resolving that issue. Customer support is available on all mediums

**What do you dislike about Workspace ONE?**

It can go in endless loop of trying to configure or install/remove something.

**What problems is Workspace ONE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps in managing user devices remotely. You don't have to go & manage each device

  ### 5. It eases the tasks for the customer but it should be modified something further

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raakulan K. | Engineering Trainee, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Workspace ONE?**

Improves the traditions of incorporation and configuration of both PC and cellular phones. It contains real time application and the life cycle features allow the client server applocations

**What do you dislike about Workspace ONE?**

Its interface and features may seem overwhelming, posing a challenge for newcomers. Mastering the platform requires a considerable learning curve, potentially discouraging users. Technical issues such as glitches and slow performance have been reported, affecting the overall user experience. Additionally, the cost of WorkSpace ONE might be prohibitive for smaller businesses or organizations. Despite these concerns, WorkSpace ONE remains a robust tool for workspace management and collaboration for those who can navigate its complexities.

**What problems is Workspace ONE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it addresses the challenges of modern workforce management and productivity by providing a unified platform for access and collaboration across devices and locations. It streamlines IT administration, simplifies app distribution, and enhances security through unified endpoint management. By enabling employees to access their work applications and data seamlessly, Workspace ONE promotes remote and flexible working, resulting in improved productivity and work-life balance. Its comprehensive security features safeguard sensitive data and protect against potential threats, reducing the risk of data breaches and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Ultimately, Workspace ONE empowers organizations to optimize their digital work environment, fostering efficiency and employee satisfaction.

  ### 6. Vmware Workspace ONE UEM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Serdar S. | IT Security Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Workspace ONE?**

The product provides maximum security and comfort in the management of mobile devices.

**What do you dislike about Workspace ONE?**

Some upgrade processes and vmware engineers' return to case is late. However, there is nothing that I don't like in general terms.

**What problems is Workspace ONE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workspace ONE enables a build to remotely manage mobile devices as well as windows + macOS devices.

  ### 7. Unified endpoint management.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammed M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Workspace ONE?**

Workspace ONE supports various device types and operating systems, including iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS. This allows organisations to provide their employees with a flexible and diverse set of endpoints while maintaining high security and control.

**What do you dislike about Workspace ONE?**

Some users may find the user interface or navigation confusing or challenging. Others may encounter technical issues such as bugs or performance problems. These can often be addressed with the right resources and support

**What problems is Workspace ONE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the main problems that Workspace ONE aims to solve is the complexity of managing and securing a large and diverse set of digital endpoints, including mobile devices, desktops, and applications. With Workspace ONE, organisations can handle all of these endpoints from a single console, which can streamline IT operations and reduce the administrative burden on IT staff. Workspace ONE also helps to address security concerns by providing a range of advanced security features, including conditional access policies, data loss prevention, and multi-factor authentication. This can help organisations protect their sensitive data and prevent unauthorised access, which is particularly important in today's increased cyber threats and data breaches.

  ### 8. Execeptional Product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Workspace ONE?**

I really appreciate the convenience that Workspace ONE provides. Being able to access all of my work applications and resources from a single platform, regardless of whether I'm on my laptop or my phone, has been a game-changer for me. It saves me a lot of time and hassle, especially when I'm working remotely or on the go. Additionally, the security features are top-notch and give me peace of mind knowing that my work data is safe and secure. Overall, Workspace ONE has helped me to be more efficient and productive in my work, and I'm grateful for that.

**What do you dislike about Workspace ONE?**

one potential downside that I've experienced is that it can be somewhat complex to use. As someone who isn't particularly tech-savvy, I've had some difficulty navigating the platform and finding what I need. Additionally, there have been times when I've encountered performance issues, such as slow loading times or connectivity problems, which can be frustrating when I'm trying to get work done.

Another factor that some users may find challenging is the cost associated with using Workspace ONE. While the subscription-based service provides many useful features, it may not be feasible for all organizations, particularly smaller ones with limited budgets.

Overall, while I think that Workspace ONE is a powerful tool that can be beneficial for many users, there are some potential drawbacks to consider. However, these issues may not affect all users, and the benefits may still outweigh the challenges for some.

**What problems is Workspace ONE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enables me to access all of my work tools and resources from a single platform, which saves me time and helps me to be more efficient. The platform's security features provide peace of mind, knowing that my work data is safe and protected from data breaches. Finally, Workspace ONE's flexibility means that I can work from anywhere and on any device, which is particularly helpful as a remote worker

  ### 9. Powerful MDM with tremendous options, but not the best solution for the education market.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Workspace ONE?**

The upsides are the broad scope of systems supported by the software ecosystem. We were former users of AirWatch, and VM Ware bought them out. While they are definitely a solid choice for large enterprise organizations, they are not the best for education, especially K-8.

**What do you dislike about Workspace ONE?**

The user interface is beginning to look antiquated. Education-specific features and integrating Google and Apple education services are not a priority. Improvements in the mobile area of development would be welcome.

**What problems is Workspace ONE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deployment and management of our fleet of iOS devices, primarily iPads. We can deploy most of our software quickly but find that education-specific support seems to be lacking.

  ### 10. Workspace One - Endpoint Management Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Reena K. | Associate Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Workspace ONE?**

Workspace one supports multiple devices be it Andriod, iOS, MAC, Windows etc. It helps to access all my applications, contacts, resources from a single platform and saves a lot of time while I am travelling. In addition to it, it is safe and secure to use. It is easy to use and I am completely satisfied with the product.

**What do you dislike about Workspace ONE?**

Battery gets drained quickly on mobile
None so far, everything works fine for me.

**What problems is Workspace ONE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves company time and money. All apps are available in one place.
