## WorkRamp Reviews
  ### 1. WorkRamp makes education content fun! 🥳

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katja R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

What I really like about WR is that it makes educational content fun. You don't really get a very long text or long course. Everything is very short and crisp. You can see were you are in the process of being trained. It is more interactive, you get quizzes, videos, GIFs and badges. Everyone likes gamification and badges.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Design possibilities of Resources are quite limited.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can finally track all training actives in one tool and see what trainings / course work well .

  ### 2. A platform and team that will help your company grow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trevor P. | Director of Product Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2020

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Workramp is a flexible platform that is easy to use. Creating content is easy. Simple integrations. The team is very supportive and willing to work with you to accomplish your goals.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Sometimes the content structure can make it hard to understand where things live. Pretty minimal gripe though. Just takes a bit to get used to.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to scale onboarding across the org. Our product enablement team also uses it to certify our users on using our product.

  ### 3. Easy to use and a highly valuable tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily H. | SDR Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2020

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Workramp is great. Everyone learns differently but having a place with all resources to refer to doesn't hurt for anyone. I've used workramp as both an Independent Contributor and a Manager and it was equally helpful for both positions

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

There's not much to dislike. it's a very user friendly and straight forward tool

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

virtual onboarding has been miles easier than it would have without a tool like this. Training and onboarding is much more scalable

  ### 4. Not Recommended for large organizations

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2020

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Easy to create content within WorkRamp, but difficult to upload from authoring tools. The content was built with tiles of information and allowed for someone with limited LMS experience to be able to create courses quickly.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Content from authoring tools using SCORM output was not fully supported. You could insert the SCORM module, but reporting was not consistent. Additionally, even testing from a WorkRamp Source was inconsistent. If you made updates to content, all reporting for the module was erased. There was no versioning, so the only workaround was to create an entirely separate course. While we did receive support, many times the issues we were experiencing meant that we would have to wait for future iterations of the product with rollouts in the next quarter or the quarter after that.

I also found that the access levels was very limited. You couldn't customize the access levels for who could edit content, enroll users, pull reports... the levels were fixed without any customization.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working with a variety of LMS, I have found that this product was the least useful at finding solutions for traditional L&D Programs. This might work for smaller sales organizations without using authoring tools.

  ### 5. Great training application, needs some improvements to make module creation easier

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alain M. | Director, Product Marketing, Customer Engagement and Collaboration, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2020

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Easy to learn and ramped up quickly to create training modules.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Some of the gamification features for surveys, tests and problem solving could be a little easier to incorporate into the module. As they are, they work well, just ease of use improvements mainly.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkRamp:**

Great application for creating meaningful and interactive training modules.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training new employees, training sales and channel teams on new products, positioning and selling new offers.

  ### 6. Digital Training Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim M. | Learning Specialist III, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2020

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp has a low level of entry for new user and especially for new designers. Adoption is simple and onboarding new designers quickly learn and start writing content.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

As an enterprise solution I wish I had greater control and options to manage uses and their attributes. Reporting could also improve.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkRamp:**

If you want to move to digital WR is a great place to start and stay. Simple to use and simple to design.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp allows me to control the message across all department globally. It allows for on demand learning options. I takes old lecture or powerpoint based content to a new level

  ### 7. Good Content management, authoring tools and collaborative content dvelopment.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2020

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

You can do access control and assign permissions to specific content very easily.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Would have liked to have tools for gamification in-built.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkRamp:**

They are kind of costly, esp for organizations that have a smaller no. of employees. But the features are adequate and very easy to use. The layout is clean and inviting from both learner and admin perspective.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Facilitate new hire onboarding, specifically customized pathways with a mix of various modalities based on the team/ role of the employee. This will help us minimize buddy time involved while keeping a high level of engagement, improving the scalability of the program.

  ### 8. User Friendly and Great Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katherine B. | Marketing Operations Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2020

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

The WorkRamp university and paths are easy to build and adding badges for completion is a great added touch

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I wish the reporting module was more Salesforce like with being able to build own reports. It’s a little hard to understand

**Recommendations to others considering WorkRamp:**

Reporting dashboards, and administration for adding users

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating great onboarding and training paths that allow for remote workers to feel more involved.

  ### 9. Great for Custom Internal Training

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle C. | Sr Manager of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2020

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

customizable per department
integrates with SSO
Department Managers can input their own trainings

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Having trouble categorizing group customizations pushed from SSO.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkRamp:**

If you're on a trial of the product, or only using on a small team, and want to use organziation wide, be sure work with your account manager to set it up how you'd like it to be from the beginning. This will help things go smoothly when rolling out on a larger scale.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internal training specific to departments.
Trainings can be independent of each other.
Employees can access them at their convenience.

  ### 10. Piloted and soon adopting!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2020

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Besides being a clean interface, it's thoughtful in the functionality without overburdening the administrators. This makes it easy to create engaging content, develop clean learning paths, and manage the learners.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

You can tell they are still developing some more mature functionalities.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

New hire onboarding, regular enablement topics and sessions, content management, learning tracking, competency evaluations, badging/certification

  ### 11. Practical

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2020

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Multiple question types available in building workramps, some good formatting options

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Ui unpolished, feels clunky often and easy for workramps authors to build unintuitive forms.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkRamp:**

There are a number of tools available in a similar space

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool is used to perform mandatory onboarding processes. Benefits include: ensuring your team completes your form.

  ### 12. Overall Workramp has made remote learning a much smoother experience.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2020

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Low barrier of entry to get a guide set up for a new training.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The inability to edit in Preview mode...it sounds weird, but I wish I could see what the edits would look like without having to click preview.

I am definitely not using the reporting correctly. I'd like to grade multiple Guides at once from a group of Users.

I want to be able to drag and drop Guides out of and into certain Folders. Or be able to make a Copy of a Guide and move that Copy into a different folder.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asynchronous product training! I'm training people in a lot of different timezones so Workramp makes it simple for me to push trainings to them while I'm offline.

  ### 13. Excellent Onboarding Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2020

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I enjoy the organizational and template tools. I can add links, photos, docs and even create checklists! I also like that I can see everyone's progress.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I wish I was able to add more colors to the templates.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When onboarding new teams, there are several tools and documents that can get lost. WorkRamps helps add all things into one area. I was having issues before with adding or creating checklists that can be clickable. This platform helps me create and add checklists.

  ### 14. A good product, with a great team that actively listens

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2020

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

The UI is clean and simple for learners. When building modules, the tool is easy to get to grips with and has lots of features that compound learning. The events tool has been amazing for me personally. Previously, i had to use Google forms and invite people manually, then I'd have to track attendance etc. The events feature is simple and effective and takes out a lot of the hassle of organising training events for the workforce. OUr learning guides are more comprehensive now too as they can include quizzes to increase the efficacy of the content.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The reporting side could be more comprehensive and joined up across all features but this is something that they are working on to implement. Auto-scheduling events or setting them to repeat would be helpful too. We are able to submit ideas or feature requests regularly so anything we dislike is being actively worked on

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our onboarding and ongoing coaching is now much more streamlined and we can build better tests into the guides we give our learners to ensure they understand the module. The ability to bring multiple modules together in a path has been really useful. Previously, our learners were assigned multiple modules and could not see a clear way to tackle them. The events feature has been great for our workshops too as we can track attendance easily and advertise our training internally with ease.

I like that the platform is flexible with respect to how I can build courses for my team. I also like the options available for creating quizzes, the diversity in content is helpful for making courses fun.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

There aren't any custom role types. I would like to be able to allow different types of users permissions.

Creating scalable content for onboarding new team members and driving education for new content.

Nothing to be honest, setting up pathways took a second to learn, but afterwards , it was very easy to set up repeatedly.

Departmental Training

  ### 19. Seamless experience for both the admin and learner!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

Very intuitive to use and so customizable!

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Wish it had a Google Hangouts integration for events

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Recommendations to others considering WorkRamp:**

It's a fantastic product if you're looking something that requires low effort in set up and use.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My clients needed a training program to enforce repeatable processes and best practices. WorkRamp was a (relatively) low cost, easy-to-use platform that allowed us to create the training series for them.

  ### 22. Regular user of WorkRamp

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2020

It's an easy-to-use LMS but very simple.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to store trainings, especially video ones, and to quiz reps for information retention.

  ### 25. Great platform, Great service, Just a few more features would make it perfect

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2020

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Helpful service and ease of platform navigation

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Wish there was an updated notification system (users get notified when information is updated), wish their quiz questions had a way to deliver feedback for incorrect answers automatically, ability to move information/reformat is time-consuming.

Training on a larger scale

  ### 26. Workramp Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Nothing much I can think of at this time.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enablement is tough, but Workramp allows admins to view the users progress of certain tasks when they are assigned. If a user takes too long to complete a task, we're able to remind the user to do the training.

  ### 30. WorkRamp LMS

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2020

  ### 31. Workramp has helped me in things I need to be trained on.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex D. | Roadside Assistance Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2019

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Workramp has helped me improve my work skills and gain knowledge that help me when I come across any problems. It provides me with important information and changes needed to succeed in everyday work. I believe they have helped me get more training on things that require more improvement so we can become the best agent we can be.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I don't see any downsides when it comes to workramp, since all it's done for me is help me improve. There's no changes I would make except for maybe putting more questions in them to help test our knowledge and be sure we are understanding what we are reading.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkRamp:**

n/a

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workramp has helped train me become a better agent so that I can provide the best service to our customers. They remind me of things I need to work on in order to become more successful and always have very detailed information so that we can understand what we are being trained on more clearly.

  ### 32. Amazing for Work learning quizzes/reviews

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas A. | Dispatch Owner, Automotive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2019

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I like that workramp is a tool i can access all the time and look up anything I need to remind myself about when at work, and plus it also has a quiz challenging thing to it as well so it does help with making sure I remember it then on.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The only thing I dislike about it is that my specific work place isn't the greatest with updating the pages incase some policies change or thing we need to do. I also haven't really been shown any cool customization features of the UI (user interface) of WorkRamp and would like there to be a more clear option if I am able to actually customize it to my personal preference

**Recommendations to others considering WorkRamp:**

I recommend going through each work ramp you are assigned to do a few times to really know it from memory because most of the time its 95% reading and 5% visuals. I usually only go through each one about 2 times and will understand what the changes are and can quickly then continue to work on.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workramp makes it easier and quicker to have the entire call floor go through one task and already know how or what was changed and how to then proceed with the change in default flow of acting on tasks. The only actual benefit of Workramp I have realized is just that this is 100% the best way to go about teaching onboarding agents and showing new employees the entire process of how they are to do their work and policies that come along with it.

  ### 33. User experience is decent but building courses is clunky

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

as a producer of content, I have been disappointed with the experience building out a workramp track

We are creating a certification program for new SEs

  ### 34. Intuitive Learning Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Johnny P. | Customer Support Team Lead, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Workramp is great at helping me build learning modules. New hires have found the modules to be a great way to learn tough concepts. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. Using multiple mediums is a breeze so I can tailor content to my team. I also love the reminder system and how it connects with Slack. I would love to see if there is a Guru integration that works for our organization.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Connecting to SFDC Knowledge Base can be tricky or not possible in some cases. The University section is not as intuitive as other offerings. Not all learning styles can be captured in Workramp. Navigation can get tricky in some cases. I find it easy to get lost in Workramp. Some of the integrations need some work, but overall are reliable and work well. I would like to see some bulletproofing for Salesforce and Guru. I would also love to see an integration with forethought.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating learning modules to create a culture of Subject Matter Experts. Lots of agents love this way of testing their knowledge. Agents feel that they are better prepared to discuss difficult topics with clients after going through our curriculum.

  ### 35. An LMS that Finally Has the Robust Reporting I Need

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kayde G. | Sales Enablement Manager, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2019

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I've worked with multiple LMS providers throughout my career. I've been really impressed with Workramp in the last 6 months. My favorite features are their reporting that I can actually integrate with our dashboards in SFDC so my managers don't have to leave their system of reference to track how new hires and their current team are doing with certification and ramping. I'm also a huge fan of Guru (content management system) and Workramp is the only LMS that has an integration with Guru that actually works. I came from another LMS provider who had terrible customer service and have continually been impressed with the team that supports our account.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Their user interface at the home page is has a beautiful UI and in my opinion better than most systems but once you get into the actual bulk of the course they mimic more of a traditional LMS with everything in chronological order and very little dynamic UI for instructional designers to work with. This isn't really Workramp in general but all LMS systems but I would love the ability to create more micro learning, dynamic training videos (think Powtoons), etc.. without having to purchase various tools to do so.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkRamp:**

Most LMS systems are the same. While WorkRamp has overlap with other LMS systems I think they are headed towards differentiating them selves in a market that is flooded with meh products.
Their reporting alone coupled with their Guru and SFDC integrations are a huge plus.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deliver and test knowledge for new hires.
Create a baseline for what great looks like for certain skills, product knowledge, etc...
The biggest benefit I've seen from workramp is giving our managers visibility into their teams progress while also creating a place for my team and I to deliver virtual learning quickly and easily.

  ### 36. Very useful for both trainers and trainees

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel T. | Valuation Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2019

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp makes it very useful and easy to create internal training resources for employees. Product is very user friendly with not much of a learning curb.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp requires a lot of maintenance to update to training materials to make it more recent. It is great once you've put in the effort to create comprehensive training materials but then requires a lot more work once the material becomes dated and you find yourself needing to update the material. I realize that this problem is by no means a product shortcoming/failure, but I often find it tempting/easier to solve this problem by looking for more up-to-date resources outside of WorkRamp (i.e. new books written on the training topics) rather than to update WorkRamp itself.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to create internal training resources and curriculum. This has been a great resource for new hires. I've used it both as a new hire myself and as somebody creating training curriculum to new hires.

  ### 37. Straightforward, friendly UI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan H. | Revenue Enablement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2019

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp is an extremely efficient way to build out onboarding for brand new Sales hires. It's easy to create different learning paths for each role and update them on the fly. WorkRamp is not an incredibly complex product so it's not confusing or difficult to learn how to use.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

It's nice that I have the ability to duplicate sections and add them to other Learning Paths, but I wish I could edit a section from one Path and it would update all the others that were previously copied. I need one single source of truth. I'd also love if there was some sort of "checklist" functionality to ensure they are doing tasks not in WorkRamp like shadowing or attending a live session.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp makes bringing on new Sales hires painless and seamless!

  ### 38. Great use for traning

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rosa G. | Privat Markets, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2019

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I like how you can take tests on it and it really helps you learn better about your role and what you are doing.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I don't like how you cant go back to the previous page without it exiting out and then you have to log back into the page.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkRamp:**

Use it to your best ability. Take advantage, this site has grown so much and is capable of so much growth but if you do not use it a lot you won't be able to get the results you want this site to give. its capable of being an extremely good site to use for training purposes.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes when you grade a quiz it makes you restart and you cant move forward. I really like how you can have your admin resend the test. I like the benefits of how tests are quized.

  ### 39. How would you give anything less than 5 stars?

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2020

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

simple, logical, very user friendly. the learning curve is not a curve, everything makes sense.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

cannot think of any dislikes. maybe more integrations would be nice?

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

onboarding, and ongoing training, evaluations, applications. SOP, mixed learning methodologies

  ### 40. Fantastic, effective and easy to use training tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bill S. | Technical Trainer, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2019

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Ease of use, modern UI - I like the fact that I can create and maintain online training content very quickly and that it supports a wide array of media as embedded content, files, etc. The chat support experience is fantastic and extremely responsive, too!

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Better reporting, in general, and I would like to see a separate survey module with its own reporting to obtain better evaluation metrics. Also, I use a separate registration tool that is a bit more robust than what WorkRamp has to offer. I get that WorkRamp is intended to be a solution that will solely host OnDemand courses however there are many instances where trainers are delivering a mixed format such as live events that require student registration, email communication to confirm, cancel, remind, etc. Being able to customize the timing and content of email notifications for these types of events would be a really nice feature as it would eliminate the need for another registration tool. Feel free to ping me to learn more about the tool that we are using, perhaps you can design a solution based on its experience.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkRamp:**

If you want to reduce the amount of stress that stems from having to wrestle with an LMS and its quirks, WorkRamp is the solution. It's the closest thing to a perfect LMS that I've had the pleasure of working with.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to access OnDemand employee training, onboarding and customer training...

  ### 41. Easy way to keep updated in an ever adapting buisness.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madelyn B. | Echo Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2019

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

It is helpful to get updates as they come with a fast and convenient program like Workramp. The questions help make sure there is an understanding in the updates in policy and structure to the organization. It is very helpful in keeping the company organized and on the same page.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

There is always a downside to the lack of human interaction. I love working with people face to face seeing reactions is what helps me learn. However, Workramp is the next best thing it is very easy to use and keep everyone on the same page. The questions always help to make sure I understood what was being conveyed.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its a fast way to be updated.

  ### 42. Easy, fast, company-wide training

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2019

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Great for training, and for updates. It's a fast tool to get new, or changed training or policies distributed company wide. It's also track-able, so that you can see which employees have completed a new section of training, and which have not.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

It can be hard to find an old workramp. Once you have completed a section of training, and need to refer to it later it can sometimes be difficult to find the correct section.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkRamp:**

It's a great tool for initial training, and for sending out training/policy updates company wide. It's fast, easy to use, and you can track which employee has completed a new section of training.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is great for initial training, and for sending out updates. Our company uses WorkRamp during initial onboarding, and for company-wide training updates. It gives each employee a due date, and is fully trackable so that the company can see which employees have received the updates.

  ### 43. No complaints

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2020

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Not a ton to say. Moving from section to section works and almost no parts of it feel clunky.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Sometimes I have to use the popout function to view all of the content that my team has uploaded. Could be something on our end but it isn't always great to have to open another window.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding and ongoing learning about my company and our product.

  ### 44. Work Ramp

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Desiree A. | Patient Care Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2019

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I enjoy that I can go to work ramp and search for policies and procedures using key words. You can then review one or multiple open or submitted work ramp documents.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

That you can not book mark or save to your main page. There are some documents I'd like to be able to review or view quickly and there is not a good option for that that I have found.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to review policies and procedures very quickly and this is a huge benefit when I have patients pending responses either on the phone or in a chat window.

  ### 45. Head of Sales Enablement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2019

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Workramp provides a single path to onboarding and ongoing training for all our sales roles. It is easy to use for all parties; admins to end users. I love the University feature as well. Again allowing us to provide a single source of truth for all content and process that are relevant to their daily jobs.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I wish the reporting was more robust and better alignment with SFDC. Creating a map of success between workramp and SFDC. Data is very important for tracking our success as enablement team and serving up content that is relevant. I need to be able to report if we are moving the needle. Don't get me wrong...there is reporting but it needs to be more analytical, especially with what some of the other tools out there can do today.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Single path for their onboarding experience. Our sales exec are able now to have guided path which is allowing them to ramp quicker. As well their managers are able to coach and track their progress.

  ### 46. Work Ramp is simple to use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2019

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Everything is pretty self-explanatory and easy to find/use.

Lots of options for types of questions and learning opportunities.

There are

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Nothing yet... there is so much that can be done so that can be a bit overwhelming. I have found that it is best to learn every tool well before creating modules because if you don't it could be difficult and overwhelming to even get started.

I wonder if there are good training and onboarding videos to help me learn to use Workramp quickly and efficiently. I'm not aware of any training material for admins.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkRamp:**

Start small then build big. I have found that using work ramp and getting everything built up is slow going. Don't overwhelm yourself and just learn one tool at a time. Perfect your knowledge before building modules. Do not learn as you go.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Immediate results on employee knowledge.

Easy to administer training quickly and efficiently.

  ### 47. Cool tool for trainig!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2019

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

It is pleasure that we have this tool in our company. This helps us to create modules in order to train new emplyees and also existing ones. Its easy to create modules with images and content sometimes content with video. This will be effective learning. Thanks to workramp team!

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I wish this would have come way before my life would have been easy.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkRamp:**

Best way to teach other employee. You can include content and image/video, which will give your team best example and it will be easy to connect.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problems.... Benifits is quick content creation and effictive learning.

  ### 48. Workramp has been fantastic!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2019

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I love how easy it is to assign folks, and I love the versatility. You can add videos, ask questions, add interactive images- truly a great training software.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I dislike the interface slightly - it is a little "blocky" of colours for me - would be nice to have depths to the colours and otherwise a more aesthetic and mobile-friendly face.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkRamp:**

Experiment with all the features! Create your own workramp that's for something silly, like how to walk your dog. All the features and use of access seems intimidating at first and a bit daunting if you are not "techy," but trying a bit of everything with something silly/you're familiar with is a fun way to ease into it and a fun way to knowledgeably know how to operate & set up your professional WorkRamps.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were trying the old-fashioned way of training people by having them come into the office for an in-person orientation- but it simply wasn't feasible once we started hiring 1-2 people per week. Now, we have an online way of doing it which walks them through the basics, after which they are connected with their manager so we don't lose that in-person finnesse of the training process. Quantity without sacrificing quality

  ### 49. Loving WorkRamp

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Theresa T. | Sales Payroll Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2019

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I like how easily accessible and informative it is. I was able to learn about my role while experiencing the process first hand.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Honestly there is nothing I would change immediately, in learning more about the product within my team and in my new role it was a great stepping stone.
I would say that it would be easier in some circumstances to have more videos than reading certain articles, or inputting more hands on tasks.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was able to train for my new position while actively asking questions and learning. In being able to handle those docs while problem solving first hand was a great way to move forward in a positive way. I think it is a great tool for teaching new hires about both the company and their new roles, with the tasks they will be dealing with day in and day out.

  ### 50. WorkRamp is fantastic for sharing training information.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Larry K. | Customer Service Specialist, Automotive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2019

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp makes it easier to share new and even review old training info to better improve performance and knowledge of the employees and employers who use it!

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I can't think of anything I dislike. WorkRamp is easy to use, great for training and good for reviewing old info too.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkRamp:**

This is a great place to sent training info and service updates company wide to continue to improve employee performance.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solve the issue of making sure each employee has the needed informatin to perform their job well and continue to improve.
