WorkRamp allows us to organize our trainings.

There are some design constraints that make building material more difficult.

WorkRamp helps us train employees.

 ### 3. A comfortable tool for quick integration into company processes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olena T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I liked the tools for interaction with the student and the simple automation of processes the most. Integration with other systems. few options for formatting the content, but this is rather an advantage, it allows the content to be consistent when several editors.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I would like to have the option for more flexible settings for automation.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

helped to make training more systematic
easy to manage the learning process

 ### 4. WorkRamp is the L&D experience of my dreams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kiera L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I like the intuitive backend and how easy it is to combine different content types, question/quizzes and interactive nature of the guides.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Small bugs and features that aren't there yet. I've already put in feature requests for these. Including a zoom webinar integration instead of just meetings. The ability to add video recordings to live events (easier to track who has/hasn't attended a live event - OR watched the recording).

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easier tracking for internal users. Easier content management for a small enablement team.

 ### 5. Helpful, Friendly, and Constantly Improving

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp's product is easy to use, and constantly improving. they are willing to take feedback on their product and intentionally provide suggestions or create solutions based on our feedback. Our team is also amazing! We work with Sophie, who is kind, understanding, helpful, and an all-around gem.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp is still an evolving software. They consistently make improvements, but one of the things we would really like to see is the ability to alter a learner's path based on a previous guide's score.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp helps us on multiple fronts. We use it consistently to communicate new internal product updates, to be a source of truth for our internal employees regarding policies, and to train and onboard new employees.

 ### 6. Intuitive and Easy to Use LMS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I love the Workramp product and the team supporting. The product is incredibly intuitivie and easy to use to create content but also for the learner. The challenge and evaluation function makes it easy to create coaching moments for both reps and managers.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The only thing I do not like about WorkRamp is that you have to click publish twice to make a guide available.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workramp has helped us scale coaching and enablement across the organization.

 ### 7. Easy to get going, lacking key features for external academies

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miranda J. | Customer Onboarding Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Workramp was very easy to get up and running. We could easily create a training path for our first certification and add courses. Additionally, adding new content as we go and making changes is easy.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

We purchased Workramp primarily for external use (ie our customers), not internal use. And a big part of that is getting feedback from our customers on how they like the content and other touchpoint data we wanted to gather.

It wasn't until after our first course live that we found out you can't mass download responses to questions from your courses. Each individual user has to be accessed, and then you can look at their responses, one at a time. This is not scalable. We actually went through and removed all of the questions for touchpoint data.

Additionally, academy reporting leaves a lot to be desired. You can't filter or sort.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We started using WorkRamp to increase our user's knowledge of our platform. We are seeing some wins with it and are continuing to try on different ways to utilize the tool.

 ### 8. Please fix the event management function.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I like that there are built-in interactions that we can use when creating our own guides. This makes it easy for those that might struggle with deciding how to make a guide more interactive or engaging.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I dislike how the events are managed in WorkRamp. My understanding is that the purpose of creating an "event series" rather than a "standard event" is when you want to mandate that learners attend ALL the events in the series. What I wish WorkRamp would allow for the ability to list multiple dates/times for each event (event A, event B, event C, etc) in the series AND allow the learner to choose which specific date/time for each event (event A, event B, event C, etc.) would work for them.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having WorkRamp allows us to provide some onboarding and training as self-paced modules that learners can review independently. This helps to free up staff time as well since we're not having to deliver every session with a live instructor.

 ### 9. Very solid product, responsive customer team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Workramp has one of the most complete sets of LMS functionalities out of the box for teams considering LMS options for service delivery/sales-heavy teams. The challenge functionality is incredible for being able to give test scenarios to different skills that can be easily evaluated by many different people. The customer team, in my experience, has been very responsive and receptive to feature ideas.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The biggest thing right now for us is the commenting featuring internally, when building modules, is a little too high-level. Contributors can comment on modules of content but not specific lines of text for instance or comment on a specific aspect of a visual the way one is used to in the google suite, for instance.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workramp is allowing us to much more easily facilitate thorough, robust new hire training for new staff across a variety of locations and functions as well as providing a simplified tool for the team to reference in search of job aids, microlearning, and continuing professional development as well as giving us increased ability to report on L&D performance.

 ### 10. Overall Great Experience!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

The ease of use when creating content. The system is user friendly and if I have any questions the support team is quick to respond. There are different elements to use when creating courses which makes it a great experience for the learners as well

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The manager view could be enhanced to make it easier for managers to view/grade courses. Would be nice if we could schedule our course enrollments but that is a minor item.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

providing online training courses and streamlining it for our teams around the globe. We are also able to have these be self paced and virtual versus needing to have them live.

 ### 11. One stop shop for Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Workramp has provided our company with a great way to have a standardized onboarding to our company's many different divisions. Our Admin created a guide we can give all employees so everyone starts off on the same foundation even in different departments.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I still am having trouble using to program to set up guides. It takes a long time to get it right. I am however a novice with workramp so I need to refine my skills.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think Workramp is providing a great solution and a clean interface. Our employees seem to be working through our materials efficiently and learning the material as well.

 ### 12. Solid tool, slightly confusing

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

It seems like you can customize it to make it do whatever you want to do. The company is super helpful and our account team is incredibly responsive which is amazing.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Some of the naming and structure of the platform feels isolated and hard to connect how the pieces all work together. While some things work together, you can't always combine pieces the way you might want (with as much flexibilty as you want).

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scaling our customer education, and allowing us to customize education at the same time. Two things that might feel opposed to each other that actually are both supported by Workramp.

 ### 13. WorkRamp is the best LMS tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suzanne W. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

It's easy to organize everything. I also love that there is a chrome extension. I set up the L&D dept by myself with the help of WorkRamp

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

It is a little finicky. I think things in workramp could be more intuitive for people who are not naturally techy.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp has allowed us to have a fully comprehensive library for our different departments + training guides and exams

 ### 14. Ease of Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Niv R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Ease of Use & The ability to track progress & work in one space makes it a very useful tool to work with

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The learning curve initially to get to where we want can be confusing but once you get to know it is great.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp is helping us mitigate a learning Management system and build a oneTeam approach to have a focused Goal and progress.

 ### 15. Most Intuitive LMS System Out There

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

The system is simple to use, and offers a variety of module types to cater to different learning needs. The product is consistently growing and adapting to customer needs. The sales and support teams are top notch, always helpful and always friendly.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Some of the automations in the academy can be improved to allow for easier addition of users, grouping of users and assigning out content. Otherwise, great product!

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp helps our revenue-generating roles all speak, sell and support in the same language. It allows us to assess knowledge and understand areas for improvement. It also allows our revenue-generating folks to be self-sufficient.

 ### 16. Fits the needs of a growing org (and seems to be growing with us)

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Workramp functions pretty intuitively from a learner's perspective and their product team seems to roll out relevant changes and updates consistently based on customer feedback. It's truly been a joy to see the product grow and move at what feels like a rapid pace at times.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The downsides are getting more and more limited as features rollout and improvements are being made. The reporting in general does feel a lot less robust than some other LMS in the space.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workramp is our company LMS and hosts ongoing training events, materials, compliance, as well as our Onboarding and training materials for our Sales teams.

 ### 17. Great product overall

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claudia C. | Product Trainer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Really great platform that is easy to use, they have a Slack channel dedicated to their clients and it's a place where you can reach out for peer support and see what other companies are doing. WorkRamp team is very responsive when you have any questions or issues, and there are some great interactive tools for making training more engaging.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Their "integrated" (not a full integration) course library is pricey for the types of training you get, and I've had a couple of CSMs rotating through my account. On monthly calls with my CSM, I get repeated questions and have to keep reiterate the same point. The CSM who has been on my account for a few months now still pronounces my company name wrong.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better LMS solution than my previous LMS. More engagement during training and easier user interface.

 ### 18. BEST customer support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Not only is the platform exceptional, but the customer support and response to feedback and feature requests are unmatched!!!

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Uploading SCORM files is very tedious. I wish the platform could pull more metadata (title, timestamp, description, etc.).

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compliance training, on-the job training, customer education

 ### 19. Easy to use!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Easy to use and easy to get set up! I love using it!

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Hard for new users at times to navigate.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a simple one-stop shop for an LMS and this has met our needs.

 ### 20. Great Experience - External Academy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

We implmented Workramp for their external academy, what made us decide to go with them was the easy to use UI for learners. Using collections and paths can be a great experience for our learners.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

In one word, reporting. We knew from the start we would have some challenges with reporting but it has been the continued pain point. It is getting better but still needs improvement.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had no external LMS before WorkRamp, so we couldn't track external enablement, we had no central location for courses. It really has become the one-stop for our learners.

 ### 21. Great solution for internal training

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Inma B. | L&D Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

When we chose WorkRamp we were looking for an easy, intuitive, and painless tool to create internal training.
WorkRamp showed us all of that, straightforward setup and great support along the way, especially our Implementation Manager was really helpful.
WorkRamp seems to have a strong product development and customer feedback focus - all of which have already led to significant advancement in new releases and features in the short time we have partnered.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

They offer great templates for internal training but I'd like to see more of that and more support on Instructional Design.

I'd also like to see more integrations with external training vendors.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are centralizing the knowledge of the company to have it available for all team members and improving significantly the onboarding experience of our new team members.

 ### 22. Solid Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erickson B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

UI is easy to navigate from both a user and administrator perspective. Allows for certain integrations and the tracking from a manager perspective works well.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

There isn't really much I dislike about WorkRamp.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For my specific department, it provides the onboarding ramping feature for my particular department. We've made the onboarding training a lot more efficient.

 ### 23. Easy to use but limited customization possibilities

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

The academy concept where you can silo multiple academies sharing content between them.
The application is easy to use and the Workramp people are always helpful.
Really nice help pages

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

A bit limited on the technical side, we've had a few issues integrating with other systems.
It would be nice to be able to add more automation and customizations as well as being able to do bulk updates

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to educate and strengthen our customers. Since we have multiple products the academy concept works great for us

 ### 24. Very organized and easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miranda R. | Content Contributor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I liked having an official onboarding system when I joined the company. This organized everything I need into one convienent spot or linked me to where I needed to be. I felt taken care of.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I didn't use the chrome extension too much, but I also don't necessarily dislike it. Just not entirely sure on it's purpose, but that could be how it was setup at my org.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I started with my company, I was onboarded fully remotely. This gave everyone a way to monitor our progress/tasks and distribute it to the remote team. It was very organized.

 ### 25. Makes L&D for both your team and clients easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Workramp provides both our clients and our internal staff with a platform for learning. Although the internal and external platforms execute differently, the building blocks for both are integrated into one seamless tool.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Some functionalities exist within the internal platform that does not exist for our customers. Knowing that there are reporting limitations with our client interactions that are available internally makes me wish that both sides were equally as inclusive.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our startup needed a learning system built for our clients from the ground up. We had no formal training or help documentation. Workramp helped by providing a drag-and-drop solution to creating engaging online training. Although I had previously worked with LMS systems, I could easily tell that anyone could use this product effectively, regardless of experience.

 ### 26. Great option for basic team onboarding

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

It's easy to make edits (it's very similar to just editing a google doc). In addition, the reporting function is user-friendly and provides the information you're looking for.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I wish it sent more automated alerts/emails to people to nudge them towards completion. I also wish that when a change was made to a module/course, that was reflected in participants' learning.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Workramp to onboard a large number of participants who are doing asynchronous onboarding and learn/complete it at different rates and at different times.

 ### 27. WorkRamp Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tracy L. | People Operations Generalist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I love how user-friendly it is for an administrator and an employee. We can assign SCORMs, guides, and learning paths and even reward employees with badges when they complete their assignments. It also integrates with HRIS systems so we don't have to manually monitor employees that onboard or offboard.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

One of the downsides that I noticed about WorkRamp is that we aren't able to reward badges to anyone who completes a SCORM training. We would need to assign the SCORM within a path to reward a badge.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp integrates with our HRIS so that we don't have to monitor anyone who onboards or offboards. It also has the functionality of "repeat assignment" so that when training is overdue, it will automatically assign it to an employee.

 ### 28. WorkRamp stood out above comparable products

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp has made it really easy to create engaging learning content. The interactive quiz and challenge options, are ahead of tools I compared with.
I also really like the simple UI for the learners.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I'd like the ability to further customize the different elements in a guide further. Luckily the ability to edit the HTML of text blocks has given me extra options to personalize the training for our brands, but it would be useful to be able to do the same with other blocks.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting with our support agents, to inform of product and process changes. The engaging content we've been able to create has helped us deliver clear messages. We've had nothing but positive feedback from our learners.

 ### 29. Simple and functional

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 13, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Easy to create both internal and external learning content.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Lacks flexibility and ease in features to customize for aesthetic appearances of guides.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An easy solution for employee training and tracking in product knowledge.

 ### 30. Great LMS for trainers & trainees

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valerie R. | Associate Director, Marketing Systems Strategy, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

As a trainer / content creator, the platform is super easy to use. The e-learning experiences I've been able to create have so much variety to them due to the features we have access to (adding survey questions, matching exercises, videos, etc. etc.)

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Some of the reporting features could be improved - there are some limits to the types of dimensions you can get reporting by. Also, there's a few smaller details about the editor that I would love to see improved.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp is used as our onboarding platform for new employee hires. It benefits me because I lead several trainings for new employees, and it has allowed me to create e-learning experiences with much more hands-on practice instead of leading live 1-hour presentations.

 ### 31. Feels like WorkRamp increases our enablement efficiency 10x

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Connor K. | Revenue Operations Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

It helps everyone in the organization stay on top of best practices and alleviates the need for in-person enablement sessions. Letting users dive back into the material at any time is super helpful.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I haven't found a flaw yet! Maybe setting up some out-of-the-box best practices for popular tools that are commonly used by your users.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making our enablement more standardized and efficient. It gives us the space to direct users to specific modules for areas in our business that they may be questioning or struggling to understand.

 ### 32. Not a great layout, but the content is helpful

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

It provides a centralized location in which training can effectively be completed and tracked

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The UI seems antiquated - it's not super user-friendly and could benefit from updates

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to effectively train on new products and policies, on my own time

 ### 33. Easy peezy.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

The UI is easy to navigate, and I appreciate how cleanly content is presented.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Additional options for video playback would be nice. Sometimes I can still absorb content if played at a faster speed.

There were also one or two instances in the past where going back into a module didn't seem to save my progress where I'd previously left off. Could have been isolated incidents, though.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralizing required training into a single space is extremely convenient and helps with efficiency and productivity.

 ### 34. Efficient, User-Friendly, All Around Simple Platform!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allie Q. | Customer Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

It is highly user-friendly, especially for a first-time user. I was able to jump into an existing LMS platform with ease and caught on quickly to the system and all of its functionalities.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

There are many, many parts to WorkRamp that I probably have yet to discover. Because the system is so robust, I realize that I really only work with the pieces that I am sure of vs exploring more.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp gives our customers a customized space to go and learn our platform on their own time. Many of our customers are busy people who can't always dedicate time to learning the system in scheduled trainings, so having a place to go at their own pace is ideal.

 ### 35. I've tried a lot of tools - this one I truly like

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maciej G. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I like the clean design, the way of presenting the knowledge and how attachements are presented inside the course. What also makes a difference for me is a Slack integration option - as I often do not remember to take a given course and this way I receive regular reminders to do so.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

It could be more interactive and focused on collaborative group work. What I miss is an option to take a course with a coworker and to experience it together, even though we do it remotely in separate locations.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Doing predefined and prescribed courses in the corporation can be painful. I feel that Workramp can help to alleviate the pain and make the experience enjoyable.

 ### 36. Very easy to use & Scalable solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Very easy to use to onboard fast an employee

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The manager's back office is a bit confusing

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gather all the onboarding information in one place

 ### 37. Extraordinary RevOps Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trevor H. | RevOps Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp helps us bring many teams together so there's cohesive learning for all: Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Brand Partnerships, HR, and Product updates.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp is a little clunky to navigate and build content. You have to use it for a long time before this to become easier.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Confirming all users are participating with the learning, which is reducing ramp time and gets our team generating revenue and understanding internal excellence.

 ### 38. Workramp is better than sharepoint

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Payton M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Workramp is more enhanced than most knowledge bases/repositories. It allows you to create trainings, quizzes, guides rather than just hosting documents like sharepoint and other competitors.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Workramp is a little confusing to organize. If you are not trained in how to create libraries it gets a bti chaotic quickly. However, the CSM's do a great job of training admins to be proficient in using Workramp.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving us a repository to store all of our training, product, onboarding and marketing resources.

 ### 39. New Features Are Great

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

The new features of bringing on libraries and moving away from portals has made my job so much easier. Being able to move content more readily is much more user friendly.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Not being able to move content out of one folder and into another is a little cumbersome.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to have visibility on what trainings employees are and are not completing and being able to quickly send reminders through WorkRamp saves SO MUCH time!

 ### 40. Excellent product for a maturing company

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Excellent interface. Easy to use and design courses. Has been very well received for onboarding and regular training, especially in the remote world. It is definitely something that helped for remote work.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

It is tough to align courses to different skill levels. Also - not sure if people are actually focusing or just clicking - but that is more on the course creator

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding and consistent training has been the focus.

 ### 41. Exactly what we needed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

- EASY TO USE
- Transparency during the evaluation process
- Reasonably priced
- Account managers hold me accountable to do what we bought the product for and get the most from it
- Excellent Customer Service

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

- Nothing so far
- It's simple, which is what we want. But if you want immaculate, may not be for you.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My availability doesn't stop me from training/refreshing sales reps on processes

 ### 42. Great experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chelsey V. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I love how easy it is to create training packages and how easy it is to set up automation for training assignments.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

There isn't anything that I dislike at the moment.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's soving manual training assignments.

 ### 43. Workramp Review

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maddie R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

It allows our company to have a way to measure how well our employees know our products, services and processes.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

It is not as customizable as we would like. We were thinking it will allow us to brand to our branding so it can make it more personalized for our company.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing the managers to see where their employees are struggling and providing them with further training in those areas.

 ### 44. Very pleasant

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Easy to use
Easy to affect training, keep up to date
slack and manager relaunch

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

no payment method management
have a content creation role without being an administrator

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

automatic tracking and follow-up

 ### 45. Great partner and support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

The support we receive from our success manager is what I like most about workramp. They are prompt, knowledgeable and always eager to help.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The reporting isn't the easiest to use and can take time to find the right data that you are looking for.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us train our customer-facing teams. We use workramp for a variety of training, including product training, skills training, and testing skills.

 ### 46. User friendly tool with incredible customer support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

The tool itself is very user friendly and the product is well developed. The customer support team is incredibly responsive and thorough and they serve as partners with our team to make sure we're always getting our ROI and understand how to accomplish our goals.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I can't think of any downsides to WorkRamp.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralize our corporate learning in one place and help us create custom trainings alongside pre-prepared materials.

 ### 47. Solid LMS with easy-to-use features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp is extremely easy to use. The guides are very user-friendly and easy to build with little training. I like the ability to add mixed media to the guides rather than creating SCORM files.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Reporting is still very simplistic and bare bones. Sharing PDFs using the Box integration is a blocker on the Academy side because some of our customers can't access Box due to firewall settings. An alternative option would be great.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training at scale is incredibly important in customer education with 100,000s customers needing to be trained at a time. It's helpful to have this as a tool for a less high-touch approach.

 ### 48. Workramp for the win

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Workramp has been incredible around being able to customize what types of learning plans we need to assign to users based on multiple criteria.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

As a company we have internal and external users but Workramp requires separate platforms for both.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workramp is allowing me to have users complete training online before they begin an in-person position. This allows us to save time and money when onboarding new hires.

 ### 49. Workramp is an easy to use repository

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Payton M. | Sales Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Workramp is so incredibly easy to use and quick to learn. It's also great for training new employees and providing ongoing resources. I like that the view for admins is different from the learners, allows you to create different views for different levels.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I don't love how expensive workramp is in comparison to tools like sharepoint. It also can get extremely messy if you don't have an admin updating, maintaining workramp.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharepoint does not allow us to search for resources, it's also a bit difficult to create different views based on user role, but Workramp allows you to complete all of this easily.

 ### 50. WorkRamp has help transition our business from a young startup to a grown business!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christina A. | VP, Contact Center Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2020

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Of the training platforms I've been able to use within my organization, I continue to rely on WorkRamp to train 100-200 contact center agents at any one given time. I am able to organize all of my guides and other learning paths well, and I feel like my library of content has grown into an amazing resource beyond our contact center!

I've enjoyed their improvements in communication - they frequently host webinars to inform clients of upcoming projects and enhancements. They've also opened up a Slack channel for clients like me to ask questions and receive answers quickly. Way to go WorkRamp!

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The interface can seem a bit antiquated at the user level. I have to typically create content outside of Workramp and import it in to be able to deliver it to the team.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkRamp:**

My advice is to have your content well organized - utilize the folders properly so you can go back and find what you need. Also, have a really mapped out plan to utilize Portals. It can become cluttered with outdated materials. Having a good planner outside of WorkRamp will help you organize within it.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick training needs in a very fast-changing environment is a problem! I can jump into WorkRamp, create a guide and have quick and accurate reporting that helps me get people up to speed quickly.
