"Affordable but eventually lacks luster"

What do you like best about Workleap?

To be honest we originally picked OfficeVibe because it was an affordable option. The UX is nicely modern and good for our employees. Admin controls are fairly intuitive (albeit limited). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workleap?

We've had an incredibly hard time keeping our managers and groups updated. We also liked the frequency of questions at first but found it just overwhelms our managers and HR team so they stopped responding as much with then meant employees responded less frequently and on and on. Also the anonymous factor ended up really bringing out a real "online troll" aspect from some employees and they could post truly awful comments and we were left trying to figure out how to help managers cope. What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted a way to collect and report on engagement data which this definitely allowed us to do at the start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
