I like the fact that it has made things easier. Earlier it used to be a whole thing to get a guest registered and invited. Now things are very easy. Pre-registration takes care of a lot of it. Things which were only handled once the visitor was in the office like sharing them the wifi details, guiding them to a parking space, now gets handled before hand with pre-registrations which is just easier. not something that i dislike but a issue was getting my team to use it, they were under the impression that using a tool to invite the visitors would just complicate things, but then they saw the benefit in it and now use it regularly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
