What do you like best about WorkInSync?

Smooth experience. AI features are well thought and helpful, I use them frequently. The room suggestions gives good suggestions based on what I need. So while I’m setting up a meeting, the options that show up first are almost always the ones I book. I don't have to keep scrolling through every room across 5 floors, trying to remember which one has a decent screen setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WorkInSync solving and how is that benefiting you?

The thing I didn’t realise until it went away was just how much low-level decision-making I was doing every time I booked a room: is this one big enough, is it close to where my team sits, does it have the right equipment? Multiply that by three or four meetings a week and it became a real drag. Now I mostly just confirm what it suggests. I’ve also stopped overbooking large rooms out of caution, which I suspect our facilities team appreciates even more than I do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
