What do you like best about WorkInSync?

Desk allocation is something I find very useful. The team has put in a lot of thought into what features to develop and that’s really wonderful. I have been using workinsync for a long time and really like it, the support is also great and very open to suggestions from my perspective as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkInSync?

We have a growing team and sometimes I would be required to re-do some steps in order to set everything up right. Pretty small thing that I noticed, otherwise it's all good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WorkInSync solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a requirement around where certain teams sit because some teams need to collaborate and some don’t. Before this, that was managed through a floor plan document and a lot of manual work like stickers for allotting an area to a team. Now it's enforced at the booking level. An employee outside that department simply cannot book those desks. It's much easier for me to manage these desks now. Other than that, we use the cafeteria management system as well, we have got it recently and it has been doing very well so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
