What do you like best about WorkInSync?

The intelligent scheduling part is what actually got me hooked on this tool. It doesnt just let you pick a random office day, it looks at who else on your team is already coming in, room and desk availability, and suggests days that actually make sense instead of you having to figure that out yourself. What do you dislike about WorkInSync?

took a bit of trial and error to get the suggestions to actually reflect our team's real constraints, like our manager only being in office 2 specific days. once we set that properly it got a lot better but the first couple weeks the suggestions were kind of generic. What problems is WorkInSync solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a pretty complex hybrid setup, different teams with different in office requirements, some people needing specific days for client calls, others just needing overlap with their manager. manually working that out for everyone was a mess honestly. Now the tool factors in all those constraints and gives suggested schedules that actually work instead of me having to mentally juggle everyone's individual situation every week.
