What do you like best about Workhall?

I use Workhall to translate my clients’ needs into a real, working application. My process starts with understanding the client’s business and how they currently manage their workflows. Then I use Workhall to rebuild that workflow in a more structured way, bringing all the scattered steps together in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workhall?

One thing I’ve noticed is that Workhall offers a lot of configuration options, and I’d encourage having a proper go-to manual that explains them in detail. For example, when I wanted to rename tasks within a flow so users could tell them apart, I discovered it’s actually done through system properties—something I would have preferred to learn from the documentation rather than by raising a support request. Secondly, I’d like to see a dark theme option added to the Workhall platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Workhall solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its reports and workflow automation. Workhall handles even complex scenarios very accurately — including workflows with many conditional branches — which makes it reliable for real business use cases, not just simple processes. Workhall helps me meet my client's needs for workflow automation and for analyzing their business trends.
