"WorkFlex simplifies workations: Central HR management & less administrative effort"

What do you like best about WorkFlex?

What I particularly like about WorkFlex is the simple and clear handling of workations and stays abroad. As an HR administrator, I have all requests and relevant information centrally in view and can manage the processes for our employees without complications. I find it particularly helpful that WorkFlex structures many administrative and legal issues – such as A1 certificates, examinations, and documents – thereby significantly reducing the effort for HR.

I also like the further development of the platform. Functions are regularly improved and customer feedback is visibly incorporated. This makes WorkFlex increasingly intuitive and facilitates our daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkFlex?

What I don't like about WorkFlex is that some processes and settings are initially somewhat complex and require explanation. Especially as an HR administrator who manages WorkFlex for many employees, it takes some time in certain areas to familiarize oneself with all the functions and possibilities. In the past, it was sometimes necessary to involve support or customer success for certain changes or special cases. However, they always respond very quickly!

The platform is continuously being developed, and many of these issues have already been improved. From my perspective, it would be desirable for the user guidance and the possibilities for administrators to become even more intuitive and flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WorkFlex solving and how is that benefiting you?

WorkFlex relieves us in HR of a lot of administrative effort in organizing and managing workations and business trips. It is particularly helpful that legal and organizational requirements such as A1 certificates, registration obligations, and necessary documents can be handled and monitored centrally via one platform.

For me as an administrator, this means above all more transparency and planning security. I have a central overview of our employees' requests, can track the processing status, and do not have to research the different legal requirements of individual countries for each trip myself. At the same time, our employees benefit from a clearly structured process and know which steps and documents are required for their trip.
