What do you like best about WorkDove?

The tool itself is great and it is packed with so much information in the learning library that makes teaching new hires about the system very easy. The tech support and the entire team is very supportive, consultative, and extremely knowledgeable about performance management and overall employee engagement. What do you dislike about WorkDove?

I am not a fan of how the filers are set up in the system and wish that this could change. I would also like for the system to offer an exit survey option so that I can stop paying for Survey Monkey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WorkDove solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are now on a great path to truly recognize high performers. We have been using the system for a few years and are now standardizing the way in which we are using it, which is making for very eye-opening results that allow us to have very honest discussions about performance with our staff.
