What do you like best about WorkDove?

I like that is a platform to facilitate performance management and that it has a goals feature and recognition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkDove?

It is not user friendly. Cumbersome, clunky, takes a lot of time to add goals and edit objectives and reviews etc. Our employees and managers have been difficult to onboard to this platform. They don't like it very much. It takes a lot of handholding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering WorkDove:

I would suggest assessing your needs because this software was purchased and implemented at my company before I started working and I think a different application might serve us better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
