**What do you like best about WorkDove?**

Workdove has been a great support to our organization as we work toward improving our employee engagement. I especially enjoy the check in feature which allows for our employees to provide feedback and us to collect and analyze the data. 

Additionally, the platform’s integration with ADP has been great!  It reduces redundancy, saves time and makes sure e have consumer employee info scrod platforms. 

Overall, WorkDove is indispensable!

Overall, my experience with WorkDove has been great. However, there has  been a couple of  software glitches. That said, I’ve been impressed with their readiness to confront those issues and how they've taken advantage of them.  Not only did they  resolve them quickly, but they’ve also used the opportunity to improve. 
They seem to be committed to learning and growth, which is a characteristic I admire in a partnership!

**What do you like best about WorkDove?**

In the past, performance reviews were a dreaded task for both managers and employees. But after a successful pilot program using Workdove within select departments, we have now rolled it out company wide and the relief from managers and employees is palpable. The feedback has been excellent with managers expressing appreciation for the excellent training and ease of use, and employees appreciating the access to performance data that validates their scores. Our team members have taken full advantage of the system to share their satisfaction and development needs and they appreciate that they will have the opportunity to have their voice heard on a regular basis via the Workdove check-ins. Having employee feedback at our fingertips will help us in our journey of continuous improvement and provide our leadership team with valuable analytics to support strategic decision-making.

**What do you dislike about WorkDove?**

Although users are able to select the language for the hard-wired content in the system, our own content needed translation. It would be nice to have a translation feature added for client-created content.

**What problems is WorkDove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inconsistency and lack of clarify in the performance management process.

**What do you like best about WorkDove?**

From my experience implementing other performance management systems, I have found WorkDove to be extremely intuitive and easy to use. The dashboard is a great landing screen that allows managers to see in a quick snapshot all pending actions and the "status" of their team. The configuration of the system through the Settings screen is simple with straightforward navigation. 

The advantage I have found with the WorkDove platform is that it create a direct link between organizational goals and individuals' performance. It takes the full lifecycle of an employee development and wraps it in the context of organizational performance -- starting with company and department goals cascaded into individual goals. Building goals into the check-in and performance review process allows managers to focus their coaching discussions with employees on areas that support the achievement of organizational goals.

Finally, the support team at WorkDove had been amazing. They are very responsive and always follow through. The Help articles are great reference tools with very detailed step-by-step instructions.

**What do you dislike about WorkDove?**

Overall, it's a great system. One area to improve is to have better integration between check-ins and performance reviews.  Having the ratings and score from the most recent review be displayed in the check-in would be helpful to managers.

**What do you like best about WorkDove?**

As we searched for a software to help cultivate our employees, we were concerned we wouldn't find something effective while also aligned with our coaching strategies. WorkDove has done this and more for our employees, leaders, and company. It has created avenues for our Employees to celebrate each other, spaces for our leaders and employees to discuss performance in a way that helps them grow and emulates the positive. Additionally, their team has been incredibly helpful. Each person I have worked with in every stage of this project has been incredible, especially our account manager Jessie Maglio.

**What do you dislike about WorkDove?**

WorkDove has some room for improvement when it comes to capabilites and customizations. However, the team has listend to this feedback and actively works to improve.

**What problems is WorkDove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did not have a formal performance review system. This was something we needed desperately. WorkDove has been the tool that formalizes this in a positive way. Helping us cultivate, grow, and hold our employees accountable.

Any time that I have had an issue or been unable to figure out the support chat has been so quick to guide me or help resolve the issue all together. I really appreciate having that one go-to contact directly along with quaterly check-ins, it provides the chance to know what's coming up and give feedback for features that were launched.

From my experience, using the survey app has been finnicky. There have been times that I put together a whole survey and it doesn't let me save it and also when I have copied a previously used survey.

**What do you like best about WorkDove?**

The customer service team of Work Dove responds to our requests immediately or escalated the solution to the engineering team for responses within 24 hours. Our employees find Work Dove easy to navigate and complete self- assessments without additonal assitance. The chat feature is essential for Human Resources staff's ability to learn features and complete work assigned to them. We are often able to use the help articles to answer funtionality questions  on our own.  We appreciated the updated dashboard and their engineering team's responsiveness to requests for additional features.

The reporting feature could lag at times.  The Check-in feature has some limits.

Ability to schedule regular Quaterly Check-in with employees.

Using WorkDove for performance management and employee engagement is a fantastic experience. It is a user-friendly and streamlined tool that eliminates the need for using Word documents for performance reviews. Moreover, the Check-In feature is an excellent way to get honest feedback from employees and supervisors. Unlike other software platforms, the Live Chat feature of WorkDove is amazing and provides quick resolution of questions by a live person.

**What do you like best about WorkDove?**

I have reached out to Support many times over the past two years of using the Work Dove App.  Their response time is very good and if needed they go above an beyond to answer any questions or solve an issue.  Besides Instant Messaging I have asked support to call me when it is something unique or difficult to explain in text. On one occasion I did a Teams chat with support and the IT department so I could share my screen and they could see what the issue was.

**What do you dislike about WorkDove?**

I did like when we first used the App that there were articles in the Learn Library. They can still be accessed but I liked the ease of the original system.

It makes Managers more accountable to communicate on a more frequent basis with the employees.

WorkDove offers a variety of solutions that isn't necessarily tied to a HRIS. This allows some flexibility within the product. I like the new additions (9-Box, IDP, Improvement plan, Survey, etc.) and the ability to customize.

The recognition piece and integration with Teams is huge!

Love the chat feature and live interaction :)

**What do you dislike about WorkDove?**

Sometimes the system can be slow/clunky. I would love to have it roll into our payroll system if we wanted. Creating custom reviews can be a bit time-consuming.

OKRs and goals are a little difficult to input and understand within the system. Especially the cascading feature. I feel like there is an easier way to set them up.

**What problems is WorkDove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing our employees to receive consistent feedback on a quarterly basis as well as annually. I am very excited to use the IDP, improvement plan, 9-box. With the additions of these apps, it has turned into a more robust product

**What do you like best about WorkDove?**

The initial set up and training on Work Dove was simple and effective. We were able to implement and get all staff using the program for their annual review in a matter of 3 months. The Work Dove reps were very helpful and did a great job hosting staff trainings. The ability to provide an easy to access online tool that provides the opportunity for continuous feedback has helped to improve performance management across the organization.

**What do you dislike about WorkDove?**

One thing I wish the system allowed is for staff to directly receive their 360 feedback responses. Currently, they are routed through the manager, who then decides if they would like to share.

**What problems is WorkDove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our goal with implementing Work Dove was to allow for an easy to use online tool for reviews. Since the introduction of Work Dove to the organization, annual review submissions have increased and the quality of those reviews have improved as well.

**What do you like best about WorkDove?**

We've been using WorkDove for 8+ years and because of that long relationship, we've been able to see many changes come to life. Recently, we were able to provide the company with some features/functionality that we'd like to see and they were able to make our vision a reality. It is nice to do business with a company who genuinely wants to hear client feedback and takes action on it.

**What do you dislike about WorkDove?**

We leverage a balanced scorecard approach to goal management, where all of our team members are expected to align their individual goals to the overarching company goals. The functionality to align individual goals to company's goals is good, but it is very difficult to really measure how each of those individual goals impacts the overarching company goals. 

In addition, some of the reporting capabilities are very cumbersome, making it difficult to make really data-driven decisions and measure KPIs outside of the system.

**What problems is WorkDove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkDove helps our team members feel more connected to the organizational objectives. Through performance reviews and 360 feedback, it also gives our leaders an opportunity to formalize their feedback in a constructive way. The 9-boxing and IDP+ features also give our managers an avenue to learn more about their team members and manage succesion planning.

At times, I wish the system was more customizable, however, WorkDove does a great job of asking for feedback and doing frequent system updates.

WorkDove is user friendly and as an administrator, inputting information is efficient and not technically difficult. Implementation was done with the guidance of WorkDove staff. Training was also provided for Managers and users.

WorkDove was implemented to document and ensure Manager's were having timely conversations and receiving feedback from employees. It is currently serving that function with no complaints.

WorkDove is providing documented, timely check-ins and feedback for all employees. It allows our Managers to stay in touch and also ensures there are no employees that should receive end of year feedback that may be a surprise.

The interface is user-friendly, easy to tailor and easy to maintain.  The various apps encompass many aspects of general review and performance  management.

Some apps would benefit from a few updates including, the ability to attach files, and easily update employee records.

Ensuring that all employees have a resource to speak truth to power.  Ensure that all leaders interact with all team members at some level.  We are just getting started and will need to get back to you once we survey the users to gain insight into the benefits.

They are great with their customer service. They took the time to make sure that I had everything I needed before we launched.

There are so many tools that help build the capacity of our teams. Just the simple integration of the Manager's coaching guide and the employee coaching guide has done wonders for opening up in what used to be "hard" conversations.

Intuitive, configurable talent management suite. Allows for sophisticated performance management, recognition and talent development solutions in a single interface. Very easy to deploy - although configuration is easy the solution works great "out of the box." Support is excellent as well - staff are very responsive.

**What do you dislike about WorkDove?**

Our only challenge has been on the ADP side, trying to keep the integration connector working. It tends to break, but this is common within ADP unfortunately.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkDove:**

It's very easy to set up configured review templates for different areas of the workforce. Goal setup and cascading is also easy. Reviews, check-ins, recognition and talent development all work well together without any "fluff" that competitive products offer. WorkDove was built by people who know talent management and development.

**What problems is WorkDove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've made recognition, performance reviews, check-ins and 9-box talent review accessible within a widely dispersed field organization. It has helped to keep performance, coaching and feedback front-and-center while also helping to develop supervisor capability.

WorkDove can be slow to load and isn't always intuitive. Some functionality would be more useful if the platform was more dynamic and had the ability to update on the fly.

Our organization struggled to get some managers on board with performance management. WorkDove provides a straightforward, easy-to-use tool for managers to engage with employees and provide feedback.

**What do you like best about WorkDove?**

Easy to implement, incredibly flexible, intuitive for admins and users, and continuously improving based on feedback. Customer support is fast and effective.
I am very pleased with WorkDove. Any critiques are minor.

**What do you dislike about WorkDove?**

The objective ranking is a bit clunky (1-10 rating that assigns weight versus just typing in percentage creates some user confusion). Also, some of the goal criteria could use improvement. For example, if you enter an objective with a % result, it assumes higher is better. Not always the case (i.e. waste goal of 2% - higher than 2% is not better). There are simple workarounds to this, but was confusing at first use. Also, role security works great for employees and managers. The HR Partner role assignments could use improvement - which I know is actively being worked on.

**What problems is WorkDove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has removed our manual form and is helping to focus our leaders on the conversations instead of completing a form. Also, it is helping HR to easily identify where we have gaps in terms of goal setting (not done, or need for training/coaching) and effective feedback.  I am excited to expand our use to 9-Box, Check-ins and 360 to increase effectiveness.

Work does is an incredible resource on everything performance management.  They have set the stage and knowldege base when it comes to recording performance mangement, having discussions, measurements and stellar customer service.

**What do you dislike about WorkDove?**

Work Dove works to meet your needs while providing a solid, already built foundation.  They have thought of everything.  There is little room for customization, however, there is extensive support to get what you need and get it done professionally.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkDove:**

Map out what you are looking for first.  Work Dove checks many of these boxes but you'll want to be sure you get what you want.  Their service is amazing top notch and training resources are are easily accesible and great to share with managers.

**What problems is WorkDove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Work Dove solves communication in these areas: Goal setting, sharing of goals org-wide, periodic and semi annual check-ins, communication of competecies, and company values, year-end performance reviews.  
Training: Also extensive resources and tips on performance management topics and implementation for managers.  
Starting to integrate into the workforce as a tool that everyone can use.  Becoming an extension of the HR department is a true benefit!

The customer service provided is the BEST.  The Performance Culture team is very helpful and always available.  Our agency is currently using the goals and performance reviews.  We have added check-ins recently and these are working really well to keep everyone on track and help tremendously with communication of expectations.

**What do you dislike about WorkDove?**

It would be great to be able to have a dialog and add changes to a check-in (rather than have to start a new one).  Is it possible to have everyone on the same schedule?  It seems that everyone has a different check-in date based on when they completed their last one instead of a certain quarterly date set by the agency.

**What problems is WorkDove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to better organize our goals for each department, employee, and our agency.

The software is so well coded, so well thought out, and the UI so intuitive. It is the perfect tool as it allows me to focus on the content and the conversation and I never have to worry about how get the software to do what I need it to do. Everything you could possibly need is already there and it just works flawlessly.

With the system we had in place, I was never able to successfully complete an annual performance review process for my department. The burden of executing the process was 100% on me as the manager. The process itself was time-consuming and challenging to work with as we shared the same review template with the same business objectives across many departments in our organization. Weekly employee check-ins were time-consuming and emotionally taxing as - again - the burden fell on me as the manager to orchestrate and guide through seven conversations every week.  As a result, I found myself spending 80% of my time fighting my way through the process - trying to make it work for my department - and 20% of my time coaching my direct reports.

Using WorkDove, I now have a process that works for me, not against me. The WorkDove philosophy inspired me to develop department Values and Objectives with my team, which created more alignment for us that we ever had. Using customized Check-In and Performance Review Templates that are tailored to the various job descriptions in my department makes it very easy for my direct reports to drive the agenda of our 1-on-1 conversations - which they happily do. WorkDove effectively took the time and emotional burden of weekly check-ins off me, which freed up time for me and significantly improved my employee performance management experience.

Using the tools and training from WorkDove, the conversations between me and my direct reports improved, their job satisfaction improved, my job satisfaction improved, and it helped me become a better manager.

Simple easy to use interface enables frequent, focused communication between leaders and employees.  We currently utilize the check-in functionality that allows structured questions to be used when leaders check-in with their teams on goals and business objectives.  It allows the employee to initiate the check-in.  We also utilize the goal functionality.  We are in our first year so we have not been through a complete performance review cycle.
Other functionality includes, recongnition, pulse surveys, and learning modules.

While the reporting functionality allows the export of all data, some simple canned reports do not exist.  For example, a report of any employee that does not have any goals.

One problem we are solving is ensuring that managers are having frequent conversations with their employees and thereby keeping a pulse on engagement.  At a time where other businesses are experiencing higher turnover, we have been able to retain a majority of key talent.

We've been working with Performance Culture for several years and I have thoroughly appreciated all of the help and support we have received from our account managers. They are always so willing to help us customize the solution to best fit the needs of our organization and they are quick to make suggestions for how we can improve our overall employee experience.

There are a lot of moving parts with the system from goal management, performance reviews, 360 degree feedback, check-ins, etc. I think the tool is really good for an organization that wants to build a performance management tool from scratch, but it gets a little bit redundant and convolved if you are currently managing any part of your talent management in another system.

I like their customer service the best. I rarely have to wait more than 30 minutes before getting a response to a question through their online chat feature. Their team members are exceptional at listening and partnering with you to utilize their system to help strengthen your company's people related initatives.They also have a plethera of company resources and guides to help navigate their system and also white papers and guides to help with the topics of performance, check-ins and culture.

I like that the system includes almost everything you need to coach, develop and evaluate your team members.  It's also very flexible.  You can turn on/off the features you want to use.  The customer support team is very responsive and will even do Zoom meetings to help you out.  The team certainly knows performance management best practices and will help you implement them inside your company.

Not really anything to dislike.  The company is always improving the features and listens to their customers.  I've been wanting an integration with MS Teams as well as a 9-box feature that supports the Performance Values matrix.  I've learned this should be ready in a couple of months. Their software is awesome, but their services and thought leadership are even better.  I use to work at the company but have since left.  I now turned into a raving fan by using it in my business advisory firm.

PC provided an easy, intuitive and efficient tool to automate our performance management processes in a way that aligned with the coaching and development oriented culture of Metro United Way. Before going with PC we were still using paper forms and some were still handwritten reviews.
Using PC gives us a much easier way to track who has completed their review and who is still working on their review.

And with so much emphasis on Data these days, the graphs and charts that can be created from the employee information is great for Human Resources to present to the Leadership team. Plus the learning tools offer good information - that is if anyone ever has enough time to look through them.  : )

We received amazing customer service and support. Turnaround time for support related questions is quick, and helpful. Our implementation was easy and they offered online training for all of our employees (300+, in 29 states). We have been on the platform since Fall 2020, and started by implementing monthly check-ins.  Our employees were resistant at first, but once they got into the system and realized the simplicity, they gained appreciation for the system, as well as the reason behind the check-in process. 
Coming from an anniversary performance evaluation cycle, done on paper, automation and simplification was a must. We have now transformed all of our performance reviews to a fixed focal time of the year, where we were easily able to use information/data from the prior check-ins with ease. I cannot wait for the 2022 annual reviews with a full year of check-ins to work from. It is a great bonus that we can modify performance evaluation templates with ease. No more word/excel document frustrations with PDF formatting issues.

**What do you dislike about WorkDove?**

The system is fairly easy to use once you have a good understanding, but it could be a little more intuitive and offer some additional editing rights. I do not like that managers cannot go back and update their feedback from a check-in. I feel that if you do a check-in and respond in the system,  and then you have a verbal conversation with the employee, that you should be able to update notes from your conversation. 
Also, with everyone accessing information on mobile devices, it would be great if the system had more mobile compatibility. Our field workers need to access from tablets and phones, and they have had a struggle with the layout and options not being available on the devices.

It is a great system for someone looking to streamline and simplify their review process, or that wants to add continuous feedback as a component to their performance process.

We were able to automate our process, and transition to a fixed focal time review. 
Additionally, with a lot of field service employees, we have been able to increase communication between them and their employees. Continuous feedback has been great in keeping managers and employees connected and aligning their goals and expectations.

You should be able to have more than 5 rating options - I'd like to be able to rate someone a 3.5. or 7 out of 10
You should be able to easily pull an excel report of all objectives without asking PC to do it for us. 
The dashboard gives a good overview of the status of reviews, but you should be able to click on that to see who is still outstanding rather than having to run a report to see it.

**What problems is WorkDove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's good to have a system where all historic ratings are recorded.
