Workdove has been a great support to our organization as we work toward improving our employee engagement. I especially enjoy the check-in feature which allows for our employees to provide feedback and us to collect and analyze the data. Additionally, the platform’s integration with ADP has been great! Overall, my experience with WorkDove has been great. However, there have been a couple of software glitches. That said, I’ve been impressed with their readiness to confront those issues and how they've taken advantage of them. Not only did they resolve them quickly, but they’ve also used the opportunity to improve. They seem to be committed to learning and growth, which is a characteristic I admire in a partnership!
