In the past, performance reviews were a dreaded task for both managers and employees. But after a successful pilot program using Workdove within select departments, we have now rolled it out company wide and the relief from managers and employees is palpable. The feedback has been excellent with managers expressing appreciation for the excellent training and ease of use, and employees appreciating the access to performance data that validates their scores. Our team members have taken full advantage of the system to share their satisfaction and development needs and they appreciate that they will have the opportunity to have their voice heard on a regular basis via the Workdove check-ins. Having employee feedback at our fingertips will help us in our journey of continuous improvement and provide our leadership team with valuable analytics to support strategic decision-making. Although users are able to select the language for the hard-wired content in the system, our own content needed translation. It would be nice to have a translation feature added for client-created content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
