What do you like best about Workday Peakon Employee Voice?

I like the possibility of collecting employee feedback in real time through the frequency of surveys. Additionally, I like that the surveys are dynamic and anonymous, they are easy for employees to respond to, and for us as the People area, the dashboard is intuitive and allows us to analyze engagement score trends easily. What do you dislike about Workday Peakon Employee Voice?
