Intuitive, ever-evolving and created with individuals that use the system in mind, versus a developer or technical person. With that in mind, Workday delivers a simple design for integrating multiple vendors and systems to create a primary point of entry for both end users and system administrators. We continue to build on the core foundation to meet our business needs, increasing the value of our investment. We're learning how to use the Workday delivered agents to provide a stronger user experience and leverage the platform to increase our success for new and existing associates! Workday has many partners like Peakon and HireRight that exist outside of the native Workday platform and that creates complex user experiences for the add on tools. Having tools like Extend also give us the opportunity to create in-platform experiences instead of leaning into other solutions that won't connect as seamlessly as we can with the full suite of products that we have with Workday.
