What I like best is the combination of ease of use, real-time reporting, and automation. Having financial information centralized in one platform makes it much easier to get a clear picture of the business without relying on multiple systems or manual processes. I also really like the flexibility of Workday and how easily it can adapt as business needs evolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike most is that Workday Financial Management can have a fairly steep learning curve, especially for users who are new to the platform. With the breadth of functionality and customization available, it can sometimes take time to learn where everything is and how different processes connect. That said, I think the depth and flexibility of the system ultimately outweigh that initial complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
