What do you like best about Workday Benefits?

I like how Workday gives the user several options to view information their personal information. Within the main menu, the user will automatically view each section as a summary. And if the user wants to view each section in-depth, they have the opportunity to do so by selecting each sub-catagory seperately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workday Benefits?

The thing I dislike is navigation through Workday. Sometimes It isn't easy to navigate throughout Workday. And it can sometimes take a few minutes to locate what selection you want. Then it becomes easy to find the information you seek once you choose the correct selection from the main menu. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Workday Benefits solving and how is that benefiting you?

Often, the confusion arises from the mislabeling of the selections within the main menu. I recommend choosing the most logical title carefully or selecting the word used most often to identify each section on the main page after log-in. This consideration will significantly decrease the frustration of those using Workday and help increase the efficiency of those using the program. Overall, Workday has benefits if used effectively. One such benefit is having all Human Resource data available in one location kept private by log-in credentials only. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
