What do you like best about Workday Benefits?

I like the summary page of the benefits, as it lays out all benefits, dependents, and costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workday Benefits?

I dislike that there is not a workflow walking me through each benefit. I recommend this type of software to clients, and I do not like most of the Workday Benefits Administration module. The UI of each benefit plan is clunky looking, and, compared with competitors, it has multiple steps to click through. Benefits Administration platforms meant for small businesses does a much better job with the workflow, UI of each plan, information within, organization of each page, and easy-to-find links and related documents. What problems is Workday Benefits solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our organization has put benefits administration with the other modules we utilize, so there are fewer systems to log into. That is the only benefit I have seen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
