"The Platform That Grew With Us"

5/5

What do you like best about Workato?

Workato has a very user-friendly interface that makes it easy to create recipes. The documentation is comprehensive and easy to understand even beginners can build workflows with confidence.

I've been using Workato since 2020, and the platform has grown tremendously over the years. The range of capabilities available today is impressive, but what truly stands out is their support team they are extremely responsive and always ready to help when needed.

The new Genie and AI features are also excellent, and it feels like we are moving very fast in that direction. It's exciting to see how quickly the platform is evolving with AI at its core.

We have built over 300+ integrations on Workato, and the experience keeps getting better with every passing day not just in terms of features, but performance-wise as well. The platform continues to deliver reliability and speed at scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workato?

While I love the platform, there are a few things that I feel could be better.

The cache issue is something that really bothers me sometimes it holds onto old data and the only option we have is to recreate the entire recipe. There is no other way around it, which is frustrating.

With scheduled triggers, you can only set one time which is very limiting when you need more flexibility.

We have also faced some issues with NetSuite objects not being properly synced, and the Jira APIs were not updated which caused problems for us on a few occasions.

For the Genie AI part, I really wish there were versions available. It is something that is missing and would make a big difference.

The JD suggestions are okay but they could definitely be a lot better and more relevant.

Another thing is the KB updates sometimes they sit in the queue for more than a day before going live, which is not ideal when you need answers quickly.

OAuth for connectors was not there in the beginning, but I will say they have come a long way and a lot of connectors now have it which is great.

Lastly, the lookup table limit is very bad. Yes, we have Data Tables as an alternative but the problem is you cannot add data from a CSV there like you can in lookup tables. So there is still a gap that needs to be filled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Workato solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Workato, a lot of our internal processes were manual and time consuming. It has helped us automate workflows, sync data across platforms seamlessly and reduce human errors significantly.

As an IT team with 300+ integrations built, it has become the backbone of how we operate. Our team now spends less time on repetitive tasks and more time on things that actually matter.

The AI and Genie automation is also adding a lot of value and we are moving fast in that direction. Overall it has made us more efficient, more connected and more productive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
