What do you like best about Workalizer?

The biggest win for me is that we finally make decisions based on real data instead of gut feeling. Before Workalizer, how our team worked together was basically a hunch. The actual data was just never being analyzed. Now it's right there: who collaborates with whom, where the meeting load sits, how activity trends over time, all pulled from data we already generate. What do you dislike about Workalizer?

Honestly not much that bothers me day to day. If I had to name something: it's focused on Google Workspace, so if part of your stack lives outside of Google (Slack, other tools), that activity isn't in the picture yet. I'd love to see more integrations over time. It's also a younger product, so there are a few metrics where I had to spend a little time understanding what I was looking at before it clicked. What problems is Workalizer solving and how is that benefiting you?

It replaced a lot of guesswork. Efficiency used to be a gut-feeling conversation because the real data simply wasn't being looked at. Now we can identify and raise efficiencies based on actual numbers. I can see collaboration patterns, meeting load and engagement trends in one place, which helps me spot early signs of overload or someone getting isolated before it becomes a real problem.
