What do you dislike about Work4 Platform?

I can't say that I dislike anything about the platform; however, I would like to see additional partners associated with the platform, such as TikTok and Instagram Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Work4 Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allowing those who enjoy working within our organization to share our opportunities throughout their networks expands our reach in a meaningful way. I firmly believe in the idea of "Talent knows Talent," so using Work4 to promote our opportunities has been an excellent way for my organization to increase our recruitment funnel through referrals, which are my preferred source of hire!
