It is a crucial tool that helps us to make decisions on how to use Google Workspace and how to improve business operations. it is quite easily manageable by anyone. **What do you dislike about Work Insights?** - While Work Insights may be helpful for gaining a broad perspective, it can be difficult to go deeply enough into the data to spot specific trends or patterns. There are some aspects, though, that you cannot customize. For example, you cannot change the default metrics reported or the reporting frequency. **What problems is Work Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?** The issue of limited visibility and comprehension of how organizations use G Suite products is addressed by Work Insights. Also identifying usage trends, allocating resources optimally, and making data-driven decisions are all made possible by doing this for organizations. ### 2. Also, gaining all of the above insights without invading a user's privacy and just showcasing the higher level constucts to the admin is what makes it really good. Individual app level tracking helps in pin pointing most useful apps and drill down of the issue sectors easily to better grasp technical difficulties faced by the user. **What do you dislike about Work Insights?** Could have extra features for the user to go through. Like his/her own collaboration statistics allowing an user to plan out their own collaboration mechanisms. Non customisable statistics for legacy applications. **Recommendations to others considering Work Insights:** Recommended for all users newly adopting cloud technologies. It will greatly help in understanding user needs and caveats while the transition is in progress. **What problems is Work Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?** A great tool to track users in a transitioning environment. Especially useful during pandemic to track team collaboration to remove any presence of silos. Better understanding of human behavior allowing interventions into teams to figure out solutions for not using a product, not collaborating, non usage of Google apps etc. For companies undergoing a digital transformation through the usage of cloud must have access to such an inbuilt analytics tool to track the transition progress meticulously. ### 5.
