What I like most about Wooqer is the Visual Evidence (VE) Gallery feature, which allows us to view images submitted by all stores across the organization in one centralized place. The ability to filter images by date, store, and question makes it easy to organize and review submissions as per our requirements. The best part is that we can view images directly without downloading them and create tasks against non-compliant submissions, enabling quicker corrective action and better accountability across stores. There are a few areas where Wooqer could improve further:
AI-Powered Image Compliance: The AI feature for validating images against defined requirements needs further enhancement. Currently, only one image per question can be reviewed against a given prompt. The ability to review multiple images from the same category against the same set of criteria would make the feature more practical and effective for large-scale store audits and visual compliance checks.
Reporting and User Interface: The reporting module requires improvement in terms of UI, usability, and data visualization to make reports easier to interpret and analyze.
Ad-hoc and Drag-and-Drop Dashboards: A flexible dashboard builder with ad-hoc reporting and drag-and-drop functionality would be valuable, particularly for CXO-level reviews. It would allow users to create customized, visually insightful dashboards directly, rather than relying on raw Excel data exports for management presentations and decision-making.
