**What do you like best about Appier AIRIS (formerly Woopra)?**

It not only consolidates what we have and what we have done but also furthur makes all data, touchpoints, conversions, and trends more meanful. It's  interesting to see the same thing, especially data itself, in differect aspects. Furthermore, AIRIS provide consultant mode service, inculding presales, customer sucess, and technical support. This always on service is really helpful! They understand out need and react fast.

**What do you dislike about Appier AIRIS (formerly Woopra)?**

In the onboarding stage, we spend a lot of time to organize all data both online and offline. Plus, we asked the data need to be very align with our interal rules and usage need. It turned out to be that we took a long journey to finish data integration to AIRIS before we officially started to apply and use it.

The platform supports to collect and integrate data from all of our data stores and multi sources, which does us a big favor! We can finally track, monitor, and analyze all data in one place.

Woopra gives very useful background information, such as visitors to the website without them logging in, such as which pages visited, the source of the visit, any buttons clicked on the page. It's an important part of my every day sales activity. Customer support is not a super fast response but it is helpful when they do engage.

There's not an easy search feature to quickly search for specific data. Although I can set up fixed search criteria and save that as a separate report, so there's a work-around.

Our company uses Woopra on a daily basis to gather insights that we can't find anywhere else. We're able to blend custom journery reporting (what pages users interacted with) along with user attributes that are merged together from Stripe, BigQuery and a number of other sources. This insight helps us make key business decisions on a continual basis. Along with this Woopra's support is always there for us if we run into any roadblocks.

Some of the app integrations can be a little tricky during setup, but with Woopra's customer support we've been able to overcome those obstacles.

Woopra helps us get accurate LTV infromation, attribution information with the ability to slice and dice in a number of ways - for example: with/without coupon usage, UTM medium/source, and more.

With Google Analytics and other analytics platforms, you lose sight of your users once they log into a website or app. There's a huge disconnect between work in marketing and product. Revenue attribution is extremely difficult. But now with Woopra I can see what the customer does from their first ad click or organic visit to conversion inside of our SaaS product. Not only that, but it syncs with most of our MarTech stack and tracks individual users.

I like that it both provides tracking on web and mobile properties, and it aggregates other data sources, to provide a source of truth for all data within the organization. It can integrate with a large variety of tools, and can easily map different databases without having to write SQL. I'm now able to create dashboards that pull information from my Web traffic, Marketing Automation tool, and Sales CRM. We are now able to better understand which forms are performing well, and where the conversion traffic is coming from. The interface is easy to use and great looking.

It takes a bit of time and engineering effort to get it set up and track all the touch points on the web properties. It also takes time to bring in the relevant data, link it in a meaningful way with web and mobile traffic.
