Wooclap is a particularly intuitive and easy-to-use tool, both for designers and trainers. Event creation is smooth, and the ability to share them among multiple collaborators greatly facilitates teamwork.

The diversity of proposed interactions (quizzes, polls, word clouds, open questions, etc.) allows for varied educational formats and maintains participant engagement throughout a session. Several of our trainers also point out that Wooclap effectively paces training sessions and keeps learners' attention, especially during long or intensive courses.

Integration with presentation materials is also a real asset: being able to access interactions directly from slides and control them without leaving the presentation makes the animation much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some features could still be improved to facilitate large-scale animation. For example, it is currently not possible to use the same event simultaneously in multiple parallel sessions. It is necessary to duplicate events, which adds manipulations and sometimes complicates content management.

Regarding animation, we would also like more possibilities to make activities more immersive and playful. The management of background music could be smoother, with, for example, automatic launching when a question is displayed.
